Had a great dinner at Ludwig's. We were a group of 7 women staying in Beaver Creek for a week of skiing. It was my best meal of the week and I also ate at Splendido, Saddle Ridge and Zach's Cabin. It is now a gluten free restaurant but you wouldn't know it. The bread was excellent. Had the greens... More

The entire menu Gluten Free!! My hubby doesn't have to eat gf, nor does he really like it. But his best friend and I both have celiac so he was outvoted. Everything was delicious. I'll admit the breads were a bit weak. But it's tough especially at altitude. The killer was the pasta! Homemade and so delicious, even hubby raved... More

In the European tradition of fine dining, Ludwig's Restaurant provided our family an exceptional dining experience. From the moment we entered Ludwig's and our coats were promptly whisked away, to the incredible gluten free desserts to finish our meal, every element of a fine dining experience was delivered with impeccable skill and style. Our server Anjelica was a delight and... More

To start as you walk in the decor and atmosphere are outstanding as well as unique. The food was very good and the presentation great. The service was great with many complimentary wait staff. Overall they took the extra step to make the dining experience outstanding.

We scored a special $69 half-price coupon for this place and even at full price it would have been worth the tariff. We both started with the lobster bisque. This was a delicious bowl of soup with 2 chunks of tasty lobster. We follwed with the rack of lamb and these were double-cut chops cooked perfectly to order. The meat... More

Food and service were impeccable. You would never guess it is gluten free. Warm, wonderful and welcoming. I had a salmon piccata and my husband had the rack of elk. Everything from start to finish was beautifully presented and perfectly prepared. Desert, bread (yes, gluten free) was much better than ever expected.

Great that we didn't have to go far to enjoy a traditional celebration dinner. Beautifully presented and very tasty.

This was our last meal in Vail. I scored a table only through the ingenuity of my concierge because they were booked up for months. With a walk down the street from my condo, I was transported to the Swiss Alps. The wait staff is incredibly professional. The food was superb. I can't say enough good things about Ludwig's. It... The service at this restaurant was lovely. The meal was absolutely delicious, the different flavours worked perfectly together. It was difficult not to fill up on bread as it was very rare for me to have one choice when it comes to Gluten free bread let alone three! This is a coeliac speaking... You would never know that the entire menu... More
