this is the place to go. Have not been there for a couple of years but they always had (have) a large selection of Oysters - fresh. from both east coast and west. My husband swears by the fresh cold shrimp cocktail.

Never a bad meal at Montauk Seafood. Great warm atmosphere. Delicious desserts too. Put it on your list. It's over in the Arabelle-Lionshead complex behind the skating rink. Delish!

This is a very nice restaurant with a great staff. The wait was minimal considering this was a Saturday night and Vail was very full. Great selection of food and wine and the service was awesome. Highly recommended by friends and well worth it.

Ate here with a large group (15) and we had an excellent meal and a great time. (We were also a little noisy, and I noted that management tried to accommodate anyone who might have been bothered.) I was very excited to see Wellfleet oysters on the menu and was thrilled that they asked how many I wanted (rather than... More

The Oysters were as fresh as they could be! I love Kumamoto Oysters and the Wildcats were like Kumamotos on Steroids! We enjoyed the Mussels and Halibut. Have Michael at the bar make you a cocktail. We were there on off season but the restaurant was busy compared to others in Vail Village. Friendly Place.

We started with Grey Goose oyster shooters and PEI mussels cooked in a delicious white wine broth. So yummy that we eat too much bread soaking it all up :) Didn't matter, because the main courses were the bombazi. We shared the seafood linguine and the ruby trout entree. The potatoes that came with the trout looked so good(and were),... More

This restaurant was very close to our condo and was excellent. Our two grand kids were with us and we were early but it was very kid friendly

Super good food! Great fish dishes and the lobster mac and cheese was the best we've ever had! Outdoor seating was great, made for a enjoyable night with my husband.

We sat outside which was nice. For a seafood place they seemed to focus on steak, but the seafood was prepared well. One turnoff was the staff. Frankly they seemed indifferent and the service was slow. As there are a lot of choices in vail I probably won't return.
