really good

This place is a u shaped counter that holds about 24 people at a time. The portions where huge and delicious. You also watch them cook.

Amazing breakfast. Long wait, but so worth it. You check in on an. IPad and they take your number and text you whe your seats are ready. Did I say seats? Yes...seats at the large "U" shaped mounter. No table,so this isn't really the place for a large group as you may have to wait a long time to get... More

This place is great! We drive 2 hours to have breakfast there. Nothing else compares. You probably will have to wait but it's worth it

Food was excellent but the wait was 55 minutes on a Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. There is only seating for about 21 people. Expect a long wait.

Well worth the wait (and their app to let you know when your seats are available works great). The pancakes are awesome, the biscuits devine and the hash browns to die for. The staff is attentive and watching the chef Brian Little work made the experience all the better. We went for breakfast on Saturday and enjoyed it so much... More

Worth the wait for breakfast or lunch! They have a text service so you will be notified when your seat around the bar is available. Yummy!

Breakfast at noon. We had our usual, egg breakfast + raspberry pancakes. This year the diner has a new check-in process. You check-in and give them a phone # to text. Then they text you when you can be seated. They still haven't worked out all the bugs in this process. We were told the wait was 45 minutes and... More

The Little Diner is on our “Top 5” list whenever we visit Vail. And it truly is little, seating only about 25 customers at its horseshoe-shaped counter. Two extremely compatible cooks share a 2-square-meter space (including griddle!) at the core of the horseshoe – in which they prepare everything from breakfasts to sandwiches, burgers and fries at the drop of... This place is absolutely amazing! Get there early and yes, it is worth the wait. They do not accept to go orders. We had the best biscuits and gravy ever!
