Has been the place to go for breakfast for years going back to when it was DJ's. Just keeps getting better and better. In the concert hall plaza in lionshead. Never disappointed. Hash browns are to die for. Plus efficient service as well. Couldn't ask for a better breakfast even in a 5 star hotel!

Heard about this little diner and quite frankly, coming from the restaurant business myself, was excited by the prospect of a good breakfast place with no frills. We waited over 45 minutes (and the counter was never full) and ordered the Eggs Benedict---eggs were overdone, the hollandaise sauce was too runny and overall just not a good experience. We also... Fun to watch the small kitchen in the middle of the counter space get the breakfasts out. Hashbrowns great, can ask to make them crunchier. I had am omelet with a pork chili sauce poured on that was yummy. My son enjoyed a very large crepe with melted Nutella. Portions are generous, cooked well, high quality and service is very... More

What a great find. Decided to try this after reading other reviews. Sure glad we did. This place is very small and is a U shaped dinner. You sit around the counter and can watch your food being made. Very homey.....I had a burger with fries which were amazing! Went back another day and tried the BLT. Yum! You have... More

Ok so there weren't locals but it truly felt like the bar CHEERS! It was small, quaint, and they did things their way. The whole place only seats about 20 people and there isn't much room to wait. Small parties are best. The food was SO GOOD and the quantities were huge! Definitely needed a to go box. Their blueberry... More

Good food, good service.......the best breakfast in Vail. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. Even the coffee was really good. I had the basic bacon and eggs it was excellent. All the food coming out of the kitchen looked great so I can't wait to go back and try the eggs benny and the omelettes. Leave a little extra... More

I was here with my brother who works in Vail, and had never been there! We had an exceptional meal for not a lot of money by Vail standards! I know he'll be back, and I will too when I visit!

Some items were simply unappetizing (avoid the bacon and apple crepe). Rude service is enabled by an automatic tip added on your bill. Don't even try to bring a coffee in. You must finish it outside and lose your seat, or throw it away. I fail to see how this place got #1.

Wow!!!!! What an amazing breakfast and menu selection. This diner is small and really packs them in. Expect to put your name on a list and then wait between 25 to 40 minutes for a seat at the counter. Despite the wait, it is definately worth the visit. The breakfast crepes, omelets, signature eggs benedict, and the dutch pancakes are... More
