Fantastic lunch. Fresh food and very tasty. We have the chicken sandwich and the fish tacos - both were fantastic (again). Service was courteous, timely and not pushy at all. Will go again and recommend to our guests.

We have been dining at Up the Creek for over 20 years. This restaurant is consistent in food quality and price. For Vail, the pricing is reasonable.

My husband and I stopped in for a quiet lunch and drink. We split the turkey and Brie sandwich with truffle fries. Delicious!! There were several things on the menu that looked yummy! Great view too!!

We ate outside and it was perfect. There's a stream and my granddaughters had a ball playing there till lunch came and we could watch them and take pictures. The food and service were good too!

Enjoyed a great dinner on the patio alongside the creek on a pretty fall night. We ordered the pork chop and short rib. Both were very tender and tasted awesome, including the accompanying sides. Service was great from the local beers when we sat down to the brownie sundae for desert. We would not hesitate to recommend this place and... More

We recently had lunch at Up the Creek by recommendation of a local. She did not steer us wrong. There was outside seating by Gore Creek, the weather was perfect and the service outstanding. We both had the Lobster BLT, which was very good. We tried the truffle fries and I guess they are just too rich for my taste.... More

We stopped here for lunch, and it was a great choice! Very friendly service and the food was nice. Fun to watch the folks come with their dogs to the creek and play in the open space by the tables.

Choosing a restaurant in Vail is not easy, but I am so glad we chose Up the Creek when we only had one night to enjoy a great dinner in Vail. We went fairly early (6:15pm) and because it was off season and a rainy night we were almost the only ones there. However the restaurant filled as the night... More
