Was highly recommended and for good reason. Extremely well prepared food, excellent service and a very creative menu. I would have given it a five rating were it not for the noise. That was the only distraction from an otherwise perfect meal.

My wife and I dined here at the beginning of August while in Vail for a wedding. The decor was very nice and the staff was great. They had a lot of unique choices on the menu and we had the smoked trout app which was delicious. I had a steak and my wife had the pork chop and both... More

Our party of 6 all agreed that this was the most over rated dining experience that we had while in Vail...very small servings. The salads are quite small...the trout was probably the best. The braised short ribs were average...I would suggest going elsewhere for fine dining

The menu had a pretty good selection. I like that 90% of the food is organic and found it pleasant that dishes with gluten were marked, rather than the other way around. I had the swordfish and it was very good. The conversation with the bartender was good and light.

Four of us, including a 9 and 12 year old. Enjoyed their fair lady drink-gin with muddled cucumber and touch of strawberry. They bring out paper thin bread and a thicker grainy seed kind that was delicious with their bean dip. Kids loved it too. Service was very helpful. I had trout and it had a nice crunchy exterior with... More

Recommended by foodie friends. Unique and interesting menus. Wine cellar is top notch. Sommelier was very helpful and not pretentious.

Excellent food and ambience at a reasonable price. There is a good selection of vegetarian choices, as well as other other gourmet entrees.

I give this review 4 stars instead of 3 because our waiter from Bulgaria was the best! I am a vegetarian and he was so helpful, telling me what dishes were vegetarian/vegan and how they could alter certain dishes. He was also very friendly and welcoming. My husband, who eats fish occasionally when he knows it is fresh, had the... More

While the menu offers fresh organic dishes, which were all prepared well, this restaurant is in my mind overpriced. Dinner for 5 on 4th of July (with no wine or dessert) was over $400. There are many other more moderately priced places to dine in Vail Village.

My boyfriend loved the smoked trout Cesar salad but wasn't to my liking. He had the rib eye which is what i usually order and loved it. I had the short ribs and didn't like it so much but don't normally order. He said it was great. I'm thinking i had an off night. The atmosphere is great and on... More
