We really liked the food and ambiance of Campo de Fiori. Granted, we were very hungry, but the roasted veggies, the starter, and both the fish and pasta were excellent. Small portion of very rich pasta was perfect. Good bottle of wine at a reasonable cost, too. Friendly staff, chatting about Vail, the mountains, et al - we enjoyed.

This was a return trip. We arrived early but were seated promptly. We eat here at least once on every trip to Vail. We enjoy the cuisine which is always excellent. We can recommend anything on the menu. The service is always friendly even though we have never been here when the place wasn't packed. We will return.

From the moment we entered there was a unique ambience that greeted you along with Mira our host with her friendly smile and warm welcome. We were fortunate to dine al fresco enjoying the wonderful views all around. The menu has something for everyone! Arugula salad with artichokes and mussels were a great way to begin our meal! The risotto... More

The food was good. The atmosphere was nice. The staff could of been a little friendlier. It wasn't even crowded! Worth eating there at least once. Our waitress wasn't helpful in choosing wine nor food but we all got by!

Everything about Campo De Fiori is great! The most authentic Italian food you can get anywhere in the state and luckily they have 3 locations. Will return again, and again!

This is a great looking restaurant with a real buzz. It can get very busy but on our visit was less so than on previous visits as it was coming to the end of the season. Good choice of typical Italian starters we had calamari, mussels and the mozzarella pod more all excellent. Mains of penne vodka, gnocchi and orecchiette... More

Always a loud happening place. I just wish the food was more creative and tasty. There was nothing I took away that I felt was unique to the preparation. Portions were on the small side.

Overall the entire dining experience at Campo De Fiori was a huge disappointment and we have no intention of ever returning. Let me start with the service and ambiance that claim to be similar to a trattoria you would encounter in Italy. First and foremost you are not rushed through your meal in Italy. At least I did not experience... More

The restaurant fills up fast as the food is good and there are large tables with large friends groups and families. The acoustics is awful - turn up your hearing aids. Food was very, very good and generous portions. Our friends took us there, used a $50 coupon gift, and we split the bill which was HIGH. May never return... More

We had a marvelous meal here two nights ago, with a couple of caveats. First, we had planned to have a "normal" meal for the two of us, meaning a split appetizer followed by two entrees. We ordered a very nice Barbera d'alba suggested by our waiter and the calamari appetizer. It was so huge, we passed on our intended... More
