Make dining fun again. Four Seasons Resort Vail has reinvented Flame Restaurant with inventive twists on classic steakhouse favorites. Start off by tempting your palate with elk corndogs and a duo of dipping sauces, indulgent sides, such as truffled comte fritters with wild mushroom and bacon ragout, or satisfy your sweet tooth with maple bacon doughnuts with cherry bourbon compote. Of course, our menu still offers a variety of prime steak selections, like the 32-ounce dry-aged Waygu Ribeye, which is cooked to perfection under our 1,800 degree custom broiler, paired with house-made sauces and carved tableside.

Flame Restaurant

Somewhat overpriced. Like many hotel restaurants, Flame was very good, just not great or memorable. It felt like a hotel restaurant.

I think you can find better food for the money but this place is like the Gold Standard - the staff is well trained, the food was great tasting - even though we had to send our Filet's back to be cooked a bit more (TIP - if you like Medium Rare, ask for Medium). The brussel sprouts were great,... More

Convenient to our hotel and the food was decent. Felt it was overpriced even for Vail standards. Was going to share tuna taco app with my spouse but it was soon tiny he let me eat it all!

We capped off a week of skiing with a farewell dinner at Flame and it was a perfect choice. Great food and service.

Flame exceeded our expectations - the steaks were excellent cuts of beef, prepared exactly as ordered. We enjoyed trying the 6 different sauces, but the steaks were so delicious that none were really needed. The truffle fries were spectacular. Wonderful atmosphere and view. Our group preferred Flame to Elways that we also visited the same week.

Fantastic service, food and drinks. The buffet. Was outstanding, The Staff's attention to detail was impressive and appreciated. The steaks appeared to be amazing, but on the pricey side due to the fact that they were Waygu beef.

Wonderful Atmosphere, located in the Four Seasons Resort. Fantastic Variety of Steaks. Spacious, allowing more personal space than most upscale restaurants.

We dined here after making a reservation from a recommendation a fellow travel in our airport shuttle. It was a wonderful meal. Terrific service accompanied the best steak we ever had, truly the best. Flame serves it with 6 little sauces to try on the steak. The horseradish cream was the best but it was fun to try them all.... More

We enjoyed eating at Flame. The ambiance is really nice. The fillet was really good and they give several different sauces to have with your steak. That was a nice touch! Salad was good. The veggies are al a carte. Brussels sprouts was great. The best part to me was the dessert. I had the doughnuts with bacon caramel sauce... More

I visited Flame twice this week for dinner. Once with several business associates the once with my family. The first time my filet was awesome but the next time the bone-in ribeye was mediocre (and that was after sending the first one back for being over-cooked). On both occasions the server missed on our order - he/she did not deliver... More
