fabulous steaks. Served with 6 sauces... Amazing. Do not order one per person. Share. You should not be eating 16 ounces all by yourself. The sides were lovely, the service perfect. I've been avoiding this restaurant for a while. Yes, just because I did not want another overpriced piece of flavorless beef. I admit happily, I was wrong. I enjoyed... More

My husband and I ate dinner here one evening while staying at the Four Seasons. The food was good and service was good as well. Not outstanding, as I had expected. The food was exactly how it was described. Nothing beyond that - and I typically love the unexpected little twists that some chefs attempt. The service was standard, nothing... More

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating when my husband and I brought our 7 month old son in during my 30th birthday. They made him a special meal, brought him toys and a giant fur throw to play with on the floor while we ate in peace. Love them! Will absolutely be back and we highly recommend.

So, I had some friends in town, and after a long day of skiing they invited me out to dinner. They were staying at the four seasons, which made the dinner choice obvious, as that's where it is located. I went in with great trepidation, as the first 3 Google reviews were less than welcoming. We were asked when we... More

We went to this restaurant with high expectations. We were told by our concierge that the full menu along with a Thanksgiving menu would be offered. This was our concierge's fault, not Flames. The restaurant, located inside the Four Seasons, has a rustic look to it. The buffet was $56 per person. I have no problem paying money for good... More

Dear SondraTexas, I am sorry to hear that your Thanksgiving meal was below expectation. We were very grateful to have almost 500 guests spend their Thanksgiving Holiday with us, but I truly wish your experience was not disappointing. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this further at (970) 477-8650. I hope to be able to welcome you back... More

Visiting the Four Seasons this weekend. Husband and I stopped in for lunch at Flame. It's off season and dining room was ours. We both had sandwiches, Reuben's. Service was great and food was very good. It was very nice and a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful decor. We plan to visit Flame for dinner as I'm sure it will be... More

This was a wonderful night! First off the service was great. Second the decor was temporary and comfortable. But what sole the show was the food. I had the bison steak. It was cooked to perfection! My partner had the lamb chops. He enjoyed them as well, although I think I made the better choice. The price of the meal... More

Dear dwnewso, Thank you for the great review and highlights of our restaurant. Our dry aged bison ribeye is a great choice, especially paired with our house made rubs and sauces. I hope you are able to return soon! Sincerely, Luis Arce General Manager of Flame Restaurant More

The food was ok. The service was horrible. We were in a group. The orders were wrong and all the meals did not come out at the same time.

I also had the chicken noodle soup but instead of actual "noodles", it was just regular pasta but it was still nice

Dear Isabelita_ruiz, I am glad to hear you enjoyed our burger. The 7x Farms Kobe Burger is something everyone should try once! From the 7x meat, 6yr. white cheddar, pork belly jam and fresh farm egg it is hard to beat. Thank you for stopping by. Sincerely, Luis Arce General Manager of Flame Restaurant More

Service was a bit slow, but the omelet and lattes are fabulous, and the patio overlooking the mountain is a great view to start your day off right in Vail.
