Description: Make dining fun again. Four Seasons Resort Vail has reinvented Flame Restaurant with inventive twists on classic steakhouse favorites. Start off by tempting your palate with elk corndogs and a duo of dipping sauces, indulgent sides, such as truffled comte fritters with wild mushroom and bacon ragout, or satisfy your sweet tooth with maple bacon doughnuts with cherry bourbon compote. Of course, our menu still offers a variety of prime steak selections, like the 32-ounce dry-aged Waygu Ribeye, which is cooked to perfection under our 1,800 degree custom broiler, paired with house-made sauces and carved tableside.

Flame in the Four Seasons in Vail was possibly the best meal we had in the week we were on vacation and one of the best steak restaurants we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying! The service was exceptional and the cuts of meat were just delicious. The wagyu flat iron steak was possibly one of the most flavorful... More

The Four Seasons never fails to disappoint as we experienced with our dinner at Flame. Excellent service, first rate food (amazing meats and an amazing chocolate soufflé), fabulous setting. Wew just loved it and will definitely come back the next time we visit Vail.

Great food. Asked for my scallops (starter) to be served raw instead of seared. No Health & Safety nazis in this kitchen. Just a courteous waitress, an accommodating chef and subsequent food that tasted like it had just been brought out of a Cornish bay. The fillet steaks were cooked to perfection and the wine list wasn't ridiculous. $200 for... More

With a restaurant at the Four Seasons, the service is exceptional! The food was good. Enjoyed their delicious burger (even though they got the order wrong the first time). Definitely a solid place to dine.

If you are a "meat lover," this is the place to go to. The restaurant is large and beautiful. The tables are spread apart giving you plenty of room to enjoy your meal. The wine list is extensive. We all had filet mignon and it was tender and delicious. I recommend the mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese. Save room... More

Dear vacation901, I greatly appreciate your feedback, and must let you know that the maple bacon doughnuts with maple pecan ice cream is my favorite as well. This item was once removed from the menu but there was so much demand for it, we brought it back! I am glad to hear you enjoyed your dinner in our Modern Mountain... More

fabulous steaks. Served with 6 sauces... Amazing. Do not order one per person. Share. You should not be eating 16 ounces all by yourself. The sides were lovely, the service perfect. I've been avoiding this restaurant for a while. Yes, just because I did not want another overpriced piece of flavorless beef. I admit happily, I was wrong. I enjoyed... More

My husband and I ate dinner here one evening while staying at the Four Seasons. The food was good and service was good as well. Not outstanding, as I had expected. The food was exactly how it was described. Nothing beyond that - and I typically love the unexpected little twists that some chefs attempt. The service was standard, nothing... More

Dear J W, I appreciate your feedback on our restaurant. It is always beneficial to hear our guests thoughts. While I am glad to see you enjoyed your dinner, the service should always be great no matter what you order. Altitude sickness is something to be cognizant of, so not drinking much on your first day in the mountains was... More

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating when my husband and I brought our 7 month old son in during my 30th birthday. They made him a special meal, brought him toys and a giant fur throw to play with on the floor while we ate in peace. Love them! Will absolutely be back and we highly recommend.

So, I had some friends in town, and after a long day of skiing they invited me out to dinner. They were staying at the four seasons, which made the dinner choice obvious, as that's where it is located. I went in with great trepidation, as the first 3 Google reviews were less than welcoming. We were asked when we... More

We went to this restaurant with high expectations. We were told by our concierge that the full menu along with a Thanksgiving menu would be offered. This was our concierge's fault, not Flames. The restaurant, located inside the Four Seasons, has a rustic look to it. The buffet was $56 per person. I have no problem paying money for good... More
