We decided to bowl first, then eat afterward. Eating while bowling sounds good, but really would be messy and awkward. Besides that, at $50 for an hour of bowling, I would rather not waste time eating. Our meal was several steps above the bar food one would expect with a restaurant attached to a bowling alley, albeit an upscale one.... More

We had an excellent meal at Bol, dining outside, and then went inside for an hour of bowling. Our food was terrific. The tuna tartare appetizer was probably the highlight. My son had an excellent steak, my daughter the pasta from the children's menu (recommended for younger folks, quite a bit less expensive), and my wife and I had iterations... More

Looked at the reviews on Bol restaurant and decided to give it a try on our first night on Vail. Great atmosphere, great service, disappointing dinner. All entrees were half off due to the time of year to help draw in diners. I had the lamb ravioli, on sale for $17 from $34, and my boyfriend had the strip steak... More

The atmosphere is terrific! A fun family outing off the slopes. The beer/beverage menu was superior, the food and service were good! Not your typical bowling alley!

I thought the food was a little above average. Not worth the price though. Hamburger was dry and really too thick that it had to be eaten with a fork. Roasted artichoke was undercook so the leaves we're not very soft. Appetizer of tacos was the best. Service was really good

We were completely impressed and will suggest Bol to those looking for superior food and atmosphere. We tried 3 apps and 5 dishes with my family of 3 teenagers. Terrific variety that suited even the pickiest of the teens. Didn't get to the bowling but loved the food!

We visited with lots of family and friends. The food is good but the service is terrible. It takes a long time for the waitress to take the order and double the time for the food to be ready. And worst of all it is very expensive!!!

We had our three pre-teen and teen-aged kids with us and figured we'd better not go somewhere too upscale, as they wouldn't appreciate it. We very pleasantly surprised by Bol! It's a bowling alley restaurant, so we weren't expecting much--and boy, were we wrong! It's an upscale bowling alley--new, sleek, and modern. The restaurant is well separated from the lanes... More

Expensive yes, but let's remember you are in Vail! The bowling was good fun as we had lots of kids. We then sat down to eat, all 19 of us. Ryan was our server and he did an excellent job. We eat gluten and dairy free and he offered up honest suggestions and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and... More

The food was good and the service was as equally as good. Our waitress and assistant always kept the water and our wine glasses full. Our waitress and assistant were always there at the right time even though you could tell she was a little bit busy. One pet peeve however, the assistant cleared plates before we were all done,...
