Coming down from a long hike, this was just the place we needed. I had the Pearson - one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I'd highly recommend this as a lunch spot in Vail!

We had an excellent lunch at Big Bear Bistro in Vail, on a gorgeous summer day. Four totally different sandwiches, and they were all delicious. My daughter's quote "this is the best sandwich I've ever had, and you need to learn how to make it." Thanks Big Bear, we'll be back!

Perfect place for a quick bite to eat. The food is good but there isn't much seating. That wasn't a problem for us since we wanted to eat at the nearby creek anyway. If you are looking for a quick bite but don't want the typical fast food this is the place to go.

The sandwiches are well-made and large. Two of us had the very tasty club sandwiches on toast, another had tomato and provelone on ciabatta bread, and another had the same filling served salad-style. Everything is about $10. The only issue for us was available seating. It was far too hot to eat at one of the six or so indoor... More

Have eaten here several times for lunch and enjoyed it. A great location next to the stream and on the main square. Reasonably priced with sandwiches at under $10 and $4 glasses of wine. Mango smoothie is excellent.

We ate here twice during a six day stay in Vail in May. This is a small casual place that makes great sandwiches. My wife had a "made-to-order" breakfast of two eggs over-easy, bacon and toast and said it was wonderful. I had the CLUB sandwich for lunch on two different days and we both agreed that it was outstanding... More

Perfect place for breakfast or lunch while in Vail Village. Great omelets, large sandwiches, crepes, salads and they serve beer and wine. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. They don't lentils but that's really no big deal. Stop by!

Although the staff were friendly the quality of the omelette was not very good. We won't be returning

We stopped into Vail for a quick lunch on the way to Grand Junction. It's small - only a few tables for seating and the line for ordering is elbow to elbow when you are eating. The food was wonderful. Rolls are soft and fresh. The simple salad of mozzarella, tomato and basil was very, very flavorful - must get... More

This is a small local sandwich place. It is an easy walk in ski boots from the bottom of the One gondola. Seating can be tight at times - table sharing suggested. I enjoyed the Tree Hugger sandwich. The sandwiches are large enough to share. Prices, for Vail, are reasonable.
