Wonderful Italian food with a hint of southwest. Most of the waiters sing a solo with recorded music at various times during the evening and they are really really good!!

We found this restaurant by chance on the way from Santa Fe to Longmont. It was late and we were hungry- we just wanted to find somewhere open. What we got wasn't just a wonderful dinner but some very fun entertainment with singing waiters. Such a delightful place to stumble upon.

Ate here for New Years. Made reservations but since it was 615pm didn't really need them. Many locals were eating here which is a good sign. Owner came up multiple times to check on us and the food. Waiter was pretty good but had a few brain farts on specials and food. Might have had too many tables. We only... More

The Bed & Breakfast we were staying at recommended Rino's for dinner. He had me at Italian food. This place is awesome. I would never have guessed it in Trinidad. The food is just so delicious. The Green Chili Calamari is perfect, the salmon was superb and the wild mushroom ravioli with Alfredo sauce is forever burned into my "crave"... More

This is where we go for special occasions. Fabulous Italian food, good wines and atmosphere. Each waitperson will break out in song at some point, which is fun although it can diminish the romantic atmosphere. Pasta dishes are exceptional, and Nano's mud pie is a chocolate dessert to die for.

Had a great pizza there. Price was right and better than pizzas hut or dominions. Great amount of topping and crust. Awesome

This place is a classic! Fun, with singing waiters including the owner! The Gino's jalapeño special pasta was spicy and perfect! Quality wine, eclectic atmosphere located in an old stone church. This place was full on Friday night with Local reservations! Don't miss it!! We Will make a point to be back when we pass through Trinidad.

More Italian food choices but they do have steak. Don't limit yourself with only the main course. Explore the Italian sauces and soup with your steak. The real treat is listening to each of the wait staff sing while you eat. Songs are done in English and Italian. The last to sing is the house maestro (owner) singing "My Way"... More

The food was OK, not memorable either way and at least the pasta wasn't totally overcooked and sloppy- which I certainly would remember.. Service was friendly and chatty though a little patchy. I shan't mark them up or down for the singing which is more enthusiastic than professional in our opinion at least. It certainly beat our other dinner in... More

We decided on this restaurant based on reviews on TripAdvisor and are we glad. Atmosphere is very interesting in an old church. Singing waitstaff are actually fun and entertaining. Our waitress was very welcoming and gave exceptional service. We had filet mignon and a New York strip which were cooked perfectly and accompanied with baked or mashed pots, mixed veg... More
