Best $1 dark roast cup of Joe in the West. Great Menu, food is always fresh, entrees attentively prepared, servings are generous. Waitstaff are attentive and accommodating. Prices are steep but the offerings are worth it. Mediterranean Omelet and Mozzerella/Basil Sandwich are awesome. Great wine & beer offerings.

We stopped by for a quick cup of coffee and ended up staying and enjoyed the ambiance. The coffee tasted very good. I had a mocha and it was made with high quality chocolate. Would return!

Small portions for the price, but the food was very tasty. Very good, attentive service from all. This was recommended by a local shop owner. I had a buffalo burger and it was excellent. Wife said her 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 soup lunch was good, just not very much food. I would eat here again. We ate here while walking... More

Stopped here on the way through back to Oklahoma. Cute, trendy little place. My husband enjoyed his veggie burger on a pretzel bun and I had a grilled veggie panini. We both had black and tan onion rings which were perfect, light & crispy batter. They also have a coffee bar and alcohol bar. They have desserts too which we... More

I stopped in with friends for a late afternoon lunch (after 3pm) on a Monday. I was surprised to find out that this place is coffee shop and a bar AND a restaurant. I guess in a town the size of Trinidad, a business has to multitask. I got a Grinds Grill which has artichoke hearts, tomatoes, fresh spinach, pesto,... More

We stopped in here because of the good reviews, and frankly because nothing much else was open. The place is small, but we liked the atmosphere. We did feel a little out of place though. This is obviously a local hangout, and we were not locals. Regardless, we ordered an appetizer and drinks. The food was good and the prices... More

Ask the wife to trip advisor lunch for a sandwich and the 'What a Grind" pop up. Awesome stop for a local lunch to go. My wife had a turkey sandwich and I ordered a buffalo burger. It was a great get to go lunch.

Stopped in for breakfast with some friends. Service started slow but friendly, as is the custom of the town, until it came time to order. One friend is Vegan and was trying to order a veggie burger. She was informed that the kitchen wasn't prepared to make lunch for another half an hour. They had a breakfast panini and she... More

The coffee drinks are wonderful & food is tasty. Coffee doesn't have that Starbucks yucky burnt taste.
