We were seated next to the windows that overlook Telluride. The wait staff was very helpful with both wine and menu choices and neither disappointed. The variety of choices weren't overwhelming, but there was plenty of options for the 4 picky eaters at our table. Portions were very ample, enough for some great left-overs! If you want a romantic dinner,... More

"Wow" is an understatement. We were in Telluride as a surprise for my husband's birthday, and I wanted to arrange a special evening of dining. In all honesty, the web site for the Telluride Mountain restaurants wasn't very informative and I didn't have a whole lot of confidence that it would be a great dining experience. In fact, Allred's is... More

The view was beautiful. Mario made the dinner fun! The food was AWESOME! They knew it was our wedding dinner so they brought us complimentary glasses of champagne - great touch! We will definitely go back! 5 out of 5!

Let me start by saying, I have eaten at Daniel. Allred's can stand proud beside it. The service was delightful (the maitre d' actually kissed my hand, which was a tad over the top but still charming), the atmosphere absolutely stunning (the views out over the town of Telluride are phenomenal), and the food... Well, I had a mushroom soup... More

A fantastic choice for a special dinner! Make a reservation and ask for a table by the window. The food is delicious and the service was excellent. The great thing about Telluride is how fancy it is yet so down to earth; this restaurant is just that. Allred's is super-elegant, but you fit in great wearing dressed-up jeans and the... More

A trip to Telluride should not be complete until you have experienced Allred's. From downtown Telluride, take the gondola to the top of the mountain and when you walk out of the gondola, you will be at Allred's. The most spectacular scenery encompasses the wall of windows as you overlook the canyon where Telluride is situated. The service we received... More

A beautiful restaurant made all the more special for the gondola ride to it. A cocktail overlooking the lights of Telluride below. When in the Colorado mountains, Elk loin was the meal of choice. Excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive but discreet. The wine list was fabulous. This was a meal for our 25th wedding anniversary and definitely one we... More

My wife and I went to have dinner at Allred's on Easter Sunday, and it was an excellent experience. We were seated at the corner window table, with a beautiful view of the valley below and the snow-covered peaks in the background. The staff was very friendly as well as knowledgable and efficient. From looking at the menu beforehand, I... More

Take the gondola up to Allred's and be amazed with the service, food and view. The bar area does get very busy early for Happy Hour.Get their early to avoid disappointment.
