I visited Allred's with a business colleague and two clients. We had an enjoyable meal. The view of Telluride is fantastic. The food is on the pricey side as our bill for four people was $314.79 before tip (that did include alcohol). I had the veal which was very good. Others had the salmon and halibut and they also enjoyed... More

Allred's is a fine dining restaurant perched up at the top of St. Sophia Station on the gondola ride between Telluride and Mountain Village. We have often thought about stopping in for a drink at sunset and finally did so. We had the unique and very special opportunity for a personal wine tasting with the sommelier one early summer evening.... More

My boyfriend surprised me with a reservation to Allreds. We had a romantic table in the corner and were able to savor our time together. We don't drink but we never felt rushed or pressured like some restaurants treat customers who are not sipping wine or cocktails. Everyone was attentive and the food was very good.

One thing no one can beat with Allred's is the view. I first sat in the bar with my SO and ordered a bottle of fine wine from their great list looking over Telluride. We were then seated in the dining room with an equally wonderful view. The service is fantastic and friendly. Our dinners were great...hubby had elk which... More

The top of the gondola provides a beautiful view and our favorite spot for a sunset drink and appetizer at the bar or dinner overlooking town of telluride. It's pricey as you would assume from the location but it warrants it. The food is excellent. Worth mentioning in our experience: the elk, the port chop, the mezze appetizer and the... More

Our plan was to have one drink in the bar while enjoying the view. However, after viewing the snack menu we decided to stay for dinner. We had the chicken cesar salad and a burger and fries. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. However, when you add in 4 glasses of wine, the cost was $93.

What makes Allred's special, of course, is the spectacular view of the mountains and the valley below through large windows. The best views are from the tables right next to the windows, but don't worry if you don't get one of those because even from the back of the room the view is lovely. The bar has the same view,... We had a great experience at Allreds. The drinks in the bar were a wonderful start with excellent service. We moved into dinner and were treated to a delicious meal. The appetizers and main course exceeded our expectations. Overall the food, the service and the setting made this a memorable night.

The view was gorgeous and food amazing. Love the ambiance and the convenience of it being on a gondola stop. I would highly recommend going here.

We had an amazing time at Allreds! The food was great and the Cesar salad is unbeatable! You have to get it for the croutons! Most of my family and friends had the steak, and everyone was very pleased. I had the salmon and it was also terrific! The staff made sure everything was perfect! Would definitely return.
