The tapas and wine are wonderful. not just for happy hour

Johnny and Janice run a low key gourmet bistro. The quail entree and tapas are to die for. Great wine selection. Perfect ambiance. frequented by locals. The Tart Tatin for desert is fabulous.

We had a great lunch here last summer and were happy to see it was still doing well. It's a bit out of the way but well worth the walk. Lunch menu is limited but offers plenty of choices. The nicoise salad is top notch.

We started with the tomate Bread and Cod Croquettes. Both were very good. The Tomate bread is garlic and tomato on a baguette. It was good, but I would have like it better with a touch of cheese on it. The Cod croquettes were crisp cod fritters. They are round, breaded and good. For the main course, we had the... More

Superb service, superb food. We stopped at the restaurant for the late dinner and was so impressed with the food quality, that came back the very next day for the happy hour.

We wanted to like this place, and we liked the tapas menu. Unfortunately, of the 8 dishes we tried, none was better than 'just ok.' This includes foods that are hard not to do well, like meatballs. t's a good atmosphere and location, but the cooking needs an upgrade.

We had a number of great meals during our recent trip to Telluride and this restaurant was no exception. A bit tucked away from the other village restaurants but still easy to find. They offer a nice mix of tapas and full dinner offerings along with a good (and reasonable) wine list. The service matched the food as well. Our... More

I am happy to say that my return visit to the restaurant was very successful. I didn't take advantage of the restaurant's kind offer, as I simply want to provide constructive criticism and see things get better. The food was much improved this time. The paella was freshly cooked and tasty. Appetizers were nicely presented and flavorful. Service was professional... More

We ate dinner here recently, and had a lovely experience. The restaurant is quiet and nicely decorated. The menu is extensive, with tapas, many entrees, and desserts. We asked about a potato tapa and our server brought us a sample after we had ordered a different entree. It was delicious, and so nice of him to think of bringing us... More

This place is a great choice. The service was on point, and the food was even better. They had live music that was very good and fit the setting. The food was just amazing. We had three delicious tapas and I ate the elk sausage special. All of it was amazing. This food will blow you away. The staff was... More

Wandered in on our last night in Telluride after 3 wonderful evening meals. We were fortunate enough to meet and spend time with the owners Johnny and Janice. Spent over 3 hours in the company of Melissa at the bar. We started with Tapas, both the beef, pork, lamb meatballs and the grilled artichokes were wonderful. Having watched 2 other... More
