Great lunch spot

We ate lunch here one day while skiing. We had a appetizer that was great and so large my wife and I split it and were full. Everyone's food was great but the service was a little slow.

Our overall experience at Tomboy was superb thanks to the great suggestions and service. Our waitress Jenny was the most lovely and energetic young lady I've ever met. She made the whole day wonderful, we couldn't leave. The skiing was great but spending the afternoon at a hip beer bar with cool locals made our trip!

After hearing great things about this place we stopped in for dinner after a long ski day. The atmosphere is casual but the service and food not really great. The food was extremely disappointing- the roasted chicken was so salty, almost inedible and the soba noodle soup was in a brown watery broth with no flavor and undercooked grilled chicken.... More

Tomboy Tavern is a great place to relax after a day of skiing. Sit outside right at the base of the lift and watch the skiers come down. Outdoor bar has tables with heaters to keep you comfy. Bloody Mary is huge and a meal in a glass. Food is really good. Inside is large too if the weather doesn't... More

Location is convenient and decor has been updated over the years but don't go for the food. The menu has some appealing looking offerings but poorly cooked. The tomboy tavern burger tasted like the cook took a frozen patty and placed it on a really hot grill. the condiments were nothing special. A fiend had the mac and cheese and... More

This is a great place après ski or just to hang out. Inside and outside seating. Bar food and drinks are great. Our bartender, Kat, went above and beyond to serve us

Came here for lunch after an afternoon on the slope after really fancying a standard burger and fries and it did not disappoint. Perfect portion sizes and excellent quality food. I had the tomboy and I found the makeup of the burger itself complimented everything perfectly. Definitely worth a visit

Observing the load tunes and folks pounding beer and scarfing greasy and fried food from lunch though happy hour, I have avoided Tomboy tavern. I had a mental image of The Double Deuce in the movie Road House. After recurring positive TripAdvisor reviews, we decided to have dinner there. The atmosphere and staff were friendly and the customer base was... More

We enjoyed IPAs while we soaked up the beautiful Telluride noontime sun! The vibe here is friendly and music is nice. The Mac and Cheese with a luscious short rib topper is a show stopper but I would stop only for the truffle fries as well. Now off to ski off these calories ....
