We drink and love a lot of craft beers, and Colorado is replete with them, so figured we'd give this a shot and have an early dinner as well. First, the atmosphere is more of a sports bar you'd find in Anytown, USA than a "gastropub microbrewery" in hip and trendy Telluride -- which may be its appeal to most... More

I had a casual dinner at Smugglers during Brews and Blues festival. I was able to get a table and I had a BLT that was delicious. The sandwich had about 1/2 pound of bacon. I am not exaggerating. The service was fast and the place was decent with a bar and several TVs with sports on. I didn't have... More

I was a little hesitant to visit here after reading some of the negative reviews. I had a great experience, my waiter was completely on it, offering suggestions, making sure I had everything I needed. The beer is brewed right downstairs, and was very tasty. I had a portobello Angus hamburger, infused with white truffle oil. It was done perfectly,... More

Between 5p and 6p every day the Smuggler has the best pasta special with a glass of wine for $15. It is a nice size dish and great choices. I had the Elk Bolognese which was fabulous! We had a great server Michael Kennedy who was excellent, Ask for him

We waited 15 minutes never got greeted and it was not busy! Finally the bus boy asked the waitress if she would take our table and amber, the waitress said no. We asked the kind bus boy for glasses and he got us some. After 30 minutes amber finally came to our table. She had spent ten minutes talking about... More

We had lunch here and Laura was our server. My wife had a grilled cheese with pesto and she loved it. I had the fried chicken tender sandwich. That was very good. The lunch experience was very good! We were staying at the Ice House Lodge, across the street, so we came back again for supper, later that night. Our... More

My husband and I stopped by the Brewpub mainly for the beer. It was our first time and WOW were we impressed! We sat at the bar as we most often do and the bartender was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable about the beers and she also suggested great house cocktails for me. I do not remember her name but... More
