Smugglers is just a few blocks from the gondola in town. We went in one night after they quit serving food, so we had a few of their award-winning beers. Staff was cool and the beers were very cold! Next time we plan to arrive before they quit serving so we can have their fish and chips with our beers....

Wow. The food and beer here were phenomenal. We ended up cancelling our plans at another restaurant to return here the last day of our trip. We had a great burger and the fried chicken sandwich.

Massive amount of food and burgers and fries were great. Wife had cheese burg and I had triple green chili burg which was pretty spicy but tasty. Massive amount of fries were cooked just right. A few folks appeared to be over served as they were loud and also had children that were more well behaved than the adults. All... More

Grabbed a dinner and a beer at the pub. Good was better than average and of course the beer was too!

I don't know why the reviews are so mixed. We usually visit Telluride/Mountain Village several times throughout the year and I never tried Smugglers based on the reviews. We recently visited after the gondola was shut down, which also shuts down everything in Mountain Village. My wife and I were hungry for a good burger and we wanted to sit... More

I've come here a couple times and the food is always great. But what really stood out to me was my server each time. Amber is so personable and sweet and is all around a good server.

We chose Smugglers Brew Pub because we happened to be walking by and were hungry. It was very crowded but we got a seat at the bar. We mistakenly ordered the portobello mushroom burger thinking it was vegetarian (we don’t eat meat) and ended up with mushrooms, onions, cheese and truffle oil and a big beef patty! We removed the... My friends and I were spending the day in the mountains. They had been told Smugglers was a great place for hamburgers. The burgers were 17 dollars as was nearly everything on the menu. We ordered fish. It needed more seasoninf. The restrooms are located down steeep steps in the basment. I think only people who like beer would frequent... More

We visited the Smugglers Brewpub for lunch mainly because we couldn't find many places online that mention gluten free options. We however, weren't dissappointed. It has charming mountain atmosphere and since we were there for lunch wasn't noisy at all. Up scale food and they even use cloth napkins which is a nice touch. If you get a booth it... More

We have visited this restaurant several times while in Telluride. However, when we were there in September we were very disappointed. After being seated, we waited ten or more minutes without anyone coming to our table. So we left. The menu has changed and the prices are quite a bit higher than last year. It seemed perhaps there is a... More
