We chose Smugglers Brew Pub because we happened to be walking by and were hungry. It was very crowded but we got a seat at the bar. We mistakenly ordered the portobello mushroom burger thinking it was vegetarian (we don’t eat meat) and ended up with mushrooms, onions, cheese and truffle oil and a big beef patty! We removed the... My friends and I were spending the day in the mountains. They had been told Smugglers was a great place for hamburgers. The burgers were 17 dollars as was nearly everything on the menu. We ordered fish. It needed more seasoninf. The restrooms are located down steeep steps in the basment. I think only people who like beer would frequent... More

We visited the Smugglers Brewpub for lunch mainly because we couldn't find many places online that mention gluten free options. We however, weren't dissappointed. It has charming mountain atmosphere and since we were there for lunch wasn't noisy at all. Up scale food and they even use cloth napkins which is a nice touch. If you get a booth it... More

We have visited this restaurant several times while in Telluride. However, when we were there in September we were very disappointed. After being seated, we waited ten or more minutes without anyone coming to our table. So we left. The menu has changed and the prices are quite a bit higher than last year. It seemed perhaps there is a... More

Good service, good food, comfortable setting with more of a quiet sports bar type atmosphere. Short walk from gondola.

When we entered, The staff seemed bored to death. The waiter was just barely awake. He was not rude but just barely went though the motions. But the food was great. . The waiter never asked if everything was OK. Never asked if we needed anything else. Just showed up with the bill and left. But the Men's bathroom was... More

Iceberg wedge, fried chicken wings and the BLT were good but the place was very loud even at 6 PM in the evening.

Stopped on our way to Ouray. Needed a beer and something to warm ourselves Sam, our server, recommended the Road Rash Red seeing we'd just arrived from a lower elevation. It was good to have an alert and caring server as well as someone who gave us a view of Telluride. We both had the green chilli soup, a great... More

Went here twice in 4 days. Wide variety (? 20) beers on draft. Food is above average pub food at a reasonable price. Only think I would certainly change is over flights and/or half pints as trying all the solid beers by the pint isnt really possible
