Fun and busy atmosphere, decent food

Stopped here for dinner after several recommendations. Very crowded, popular place. Appetizers were good, burgers are very tasty. Lots of beer choices. Restaurant was warmer than we like, was hoping to open several windows or run fans. Prices are higher than expected, but first time in... read more

Took a family of 6 and got a big 20% surprise at the end of the meal - an included tip. The bill was all on one check; not 3 couples or 6 students - just a family paying by one credit card. Left a sour taste after a reasonably good dinner because it was not transparent - found it... More

Awesome experience. Rolled into Smugglers after 14 hrs of travel to get to telluride from east coast. Mike was our waiter and was awesome. Food was great as well.

The food was wonderful, service was also good, and it was clean. The restaurant was pretty busy, but we were seated quickly and served in a reasonable amount of time.

Don't let the word pub make you think that this is your run of the mill place with bar food. The food is above par - burgers are outstanding and they have a nice beer selection. We had the tater tots as an appetizer and boy were they good - nothing like regular tots. Really great service with super friendly... More

We stopped in after a day of hiking to grab a bite and some beer. The beer was cold and wonderful. The burger and salads were good and our sons' ribs were just okay. The atmosphere was fun and lively. We had slow service initially, but eventually a great waiter took good care of us!

Having been to Smugglers before, it was the first stop we made when we got into town. Upon walking in, the inside temp was a good 10-15 degrees hotter than outside. I immediately thought they need to turn a fan on. The beer selection hit the mark. Enough brews to cover their bases but not too many. I had the... More

The beer selection was great. We were 3 couples and the guys tried many different brews. They all were good. The service was OK and the food was average.

When you grow tired of all the fancy and expensive spots in town, Smugglers Brew Pub is a great place for dinner and drinks. There's a reason every waiter seems to be walking by with a plate of wings. They're great! And the burgers are also tasty --even the veggie burger! There is not a bottle of beer in the... More
