Decent beer, hilarious servers, good food

We totally enjoyed our entrees - salads with grilled chicken after a rich meal the night before.

This place has good brewpub food and drinks. The atmosphere is laid-back. The last three or four times we have been though, the service has been REALLY slow. Just don't be in a hurry when you go.

We had the ribs and a wedge salad. Good pub food. Great beers and a yummy margarita. Nice atmosphere. Service was good. Worth a visit.

Wide variety of dishes and brew available. Typical pub atmosphere. Bartender was a delight but server was rather surly.

A couple years ago with a new chef/owner Smugglers focussed on serving great dishes. The typical brew pub fair is still good (fish-n-chips are some of the best), but the more interesting and elaborate entrees and apps are where you'll find the real gems. Tuna tataki salad is pretty amazing, and a nice portion. Same goes for the Elk Bolognese.... More

ate here with my family last week. after we were seated, out waiter came over and introduced himself as mike. my mom said, "hi mike, i'm beth." he completely ignored her. when i was ordering a beer, i was telling him the exact name of the beer that was on their menu. mike interrupted me and said, "stout." after we... This is our go to - after a long hike, a great bike ride, or just to end the perfect day. Great service, and if you sit outside the view is... Telluride! Order the fried pickles, or any of he apps. The only downside is that they can get so busy sometimes that service is a little slow. Doubly so... More

This is a great place to have a delicious meal in a laid back, fun atmosphere. Everything we ordered was just excellent including their beers. I had the tacos al pastor. I absolutely loved them. I could've eaten twenty of them. I'll definitely come back to this restaraunt the next time we're in Telluride.

Stopped here while waiting for the rain to stop in Telluride. Only had a few beers and some appetizers, but it was all delicious! Staff was friendly and helpful and our waitress even spent 10+ minutes giving us advice about things to do in town. Would definitely recommend - great atmosphere as well!

This brewpub was on our must list when visiting Telluride and we weren't disappointed. As expected, this is a busy place so we had no problem sitting at the bar. The bartenders were good and I enjoyed talking with some of the locals. I had the Elk Bolognese pasta and my wife had the pistachio crusted rocky mt ruby red... More
