We just had lunch here based on a recommendation from someone who ate here a year ago. It has apparently changed. Our party had tacos, Mac and cheese, chicken strips, chili, and fried pickles and fries. The fried pickles and the fries were the best things, the chili was OK, chicken strips OK, everything else was really bland. Server was... More

Just had lunch here yesterday. Great selection of IPAs and local brew. In fact they brew right on premises so if you sit outside you will smell the hops. Not much of a vegetarian choice for those who chose that cuisine. Burgers are fresh and meat is organic.fries are hand cut and also fresh. Our server was quick, friendly and... More

We came with reservations for a large party. They were prepared with the table, but the wait for the food was extremely long. After the meal, the wait was another 20 minutes to get check and pay. Everyone had an issue with their food, from burnt burgers to cheese being left off (the waitress brought a cold piece of cheese... More

We ordered the chicken sandwich and salads. The sandwich was ok, fries good, watermelon salad not very good. The beet salad was not available at noon, and we were told it wouldn't be available for a couple of hours. Overall I'd say the food was average. We chose this place after hiking Bear Creek Trail, because it was the first... More

We asked a couple of local kids where should we go to watch a football (soccer) match and they unanimously said Smugglers. We lucked out and found two seats at the bar. This was the 4th of July weekend and every place was crazy busy. We had some bar food and a few drinks while watching the match. Excellent experience.... More

Get off the main street of Telluride and go find Smugglers Brew Pub. Along with it's own brews, it has an ample menu that most would be satisfied with, including vegetarians. It's also a sports bar of sorts, with TV viewing all around. In fact I heard today that it was a prime World Cup match watching venue.

A reasonable meal not eaten off a food cart is tricky to score in Telluride. But Smugglers delivered. Fantastic home brews here with 18 tap choices and the brewmaster at bar giving suggestions when we stopped in. We ate at bar- which we often do out if choice not necessity. Here it was an ideal choice. We enjoyed several beers,... More

We visited this pub twice while in Telluride 5 days. It has a great beer menu with many made in house. I particularly liked the Scottish Ale. We had dinner on both occasions and their burgers are delicious. My husband had just a cheeseburger and I had the one with 3 types of peppers. Both were great. Will go back... More

Our food at the Smugglers Brew Pub was o.k. My wife had a rich squash and shrimp soup and a spinach salad with apples and pecans. She thought both were fine. I had a cheeseburger which was mediocre--not much beef taste to it. The weakest aspect of this place on the day we visited was the service, which was sporadic... More

We ate dinner at Smuggler's Brew Pub. The food was great. The room we were in was dominated by televisions over the bar, which doesn't do a lot for me. It seemed that the porch was well filled. Overall, a fine establishment. My husband's lamb pasta was a departure from the ordinary.
