Great burger and beers

We both had burgers and they were huge and tasty! The beer list is extensive and we both liked everything we tried. Perfect place to hang out after a long day of skiing. Service was pretty good too. Lots of larger groups here as they have the room for it.

Intriguing variety on the menu with all the pub comfort food. Busy and loud even on a Thursday night. I'd give this a 3.5 if I could. The microbrews were top notch and interesting. We had "duck three ways" and it sounded better than it was ( good, but not great) -others in our party called the burgers "the best... More

K Master, Thanks for taking the time to review our restaurant and also for pointing out that the duck was not as good as it could be. I will be looking into that today and going over technique and preparation with our line cooks. Please come back and try it another time if you are in town. Please be my... More

I had the braised ribs (gluten free!!! :) My partner had a truffle burger. So, so savory. The taste fulfills all your mouth could dream of. My partner had espresso porter, and said it was killer. In the past I have had the bolognese pasta (glute free if you need) & it is also a mouthful of happy, savory, delicous,... More

The beers were awesome - genuinely top-notch brews coming right out of the establishment's basement - and the bartenders made us feel like welcome regulars, not random tourists. The thing that stood out the most is that we were given pint glasses constantly kept full of cold water, even when sitting at the bar. If this doesn't sound like a... More

We stopped here on our first night in Telluride based on others' reviews and we were so glad we did! They had a lot of beer options and we got the bacon chive and cheddar "tots" which were more like hush puppies and they were AWESOME. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries which he loved (it... More

Britt, Thanks for taking a moment to share your experience with the Tripadvisor community. The restaurant has been really gaining alot of social media traction and local fanfare as well. We are so happy that everyone is loving the hard work of our brewer TJ and our Chef John Warren. Go team Smugs! Thanks again! Josh More

We were lucky to grab a reservation here during the week after Christmas. Loved the fried dill pickles. The burgers were great and served with a big bunch of really good fries. Nice selection of beers. Really liked the Hopnosis. Service felt a bit rushed, but still friendly.

We've been coming to Telluride for the past 5 years and have never eaten here before. We were very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was upbeat -- lots of TVs with football games playing, a lively bar area, and an organized restaurant area. There's a massive selection of beer along with a good menu of dinner items. The Clam Chowder was... More

This place has a great atmosphere! Lots of TVs with football games playing. It was super busy and with a table of 9 didn't wait that long since we were willing to split our party into two tables. We ordered basic food off the menu such as calamari, burgers, wings, and chicken tenders. The food was average, our service was... More
