Description: Affectionately known as B-I-T, we are Telluride's favorite spot for fast breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, and moderate priced dining. We're newly rebuilt 1/2 block south of Main Street at 127 S. Fir. Look for the big red corrugated building. We're fast, and can handle even the crowds during the big festivals with only a few minutes in line.

They are well known for their baked goods liked cookies and muffins, but also have a nice selection of soup and sandwiches. I thought it was over-rated and over-priced, but I have been back many times anyway. Not many healthy or gluten-free options.

Have been going to BIT since I moved to Telluride back in 1994 & it's remained one of my "go to" stops for a quick bite at any time of the day. For starters, it's one of the most affordable dining options in a town which offers very little choices on this front. I was just at the (Telski) pizza... More

Mouth watering freshly made pastries. The best donuts & pastries you ever tried. Pricey? Yes? You wait on yourself, drink out of paper and the front counter could be much more efficient. They were messed up and it was off season. Their products are well worth any wait and any and all issues.

Terrific Pizza, custom made sandwiches and baked goods. A great place for a fast meal when you're on the run. Draft beer and a slice of hot pizza for $6! You can't beat it.

Food was great! We sat outdoors and enjoyed the wonderful weather. Because we went to the restaurant right at lunch time, we did have a bit of a wait to order and to pick up our food, but it was well worth it.

We only went in for bakery items to take back to our condo so I can't comment on the other food. The bakery part was definitely busy which is a good sign. I got 3 different gluten free items (stocking up for the stay as you can't always find freshly baked GF) and they were very good. The other woman... More

We came around 9:30 a.m. for breakfast and got the last breakfast burrito to split. Our friends had scones and some other bakery item. You go through a line and pick up your food but it just looked like we were the last ones showing up for breakfast. Service consists of paying for your meal. The food was OK but... More

Stopped here to grab coffee and a couple of pastries. It was so hard to decided what to get because everything in the cases looked so delicious and fresh. After finally deciding on a couple of pastries and some incredible ginger cookies for later, we definitely made up our minds to make this a regular stop while visiting Telluride. Our... More

Wide selection of baked goods and gluten free baked goods as well. Daily meal specials and easy, low key place to stop. The staff seemed less than friendly on one visit and not paying much attention to customers on yet another.
