Description: Affectionately known as B-I-T, we are Telluride's favorite spot for fast breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, and moderate priced dining. We're newly rebuilt 1/2 block south of Main Street at 127 S. Fir. Look for the big red corrugated building. We're fast, and can handle even the crowds during the big festivals with only a few minutes in line.

Had lunch there. Great fresh made sandwiches and baked goods at fair prices. We had a tuna melt and a turkey croissant which were delicious.

Seems like this is the town 'North Star'. From 5:30AM till evening, you can always count on great stuff from super nice people at Baked in Telluride. Check out the ham and cheese croissants. They sell out by 8AM. This is the pulse of the town.

Quick, cheap and good. We ate there 3 times in 2 days because we were in a hurry. Everything from the donuts to the croissants for breakfast were very good. The tortilla soup was wonderful.

I had the distinct pleasure of sampling the wonderful old world pastries at Baked in Telluride last week when I was there on a skiing trip. They were the best Danish pastries, croissants and knishes that I had tasted since I was growing up in Brooklyn, New York. They were so good that we purchased two big boxes of the... More

Came in here late one evening after dinner. Still had a variety of options from the morning and they tasted fresh, were soft, and not dry at all. A fun vibe, very low key.

Although their bakery items are quite expensive, their food has always been fresh, hot and consistently good. I like eating in the later evening, so this is a convenient spot for night owls like me. I could eat here a couple times a week because there's a pretty diverse menu.

Once I found out that the breakfast in my hotel was lacking I decided to head over to Baked in Telluride, which came highly recommended. They have a wonderful assortment of baked goods, pastries, breakfast burritos, etc. My favorite item was the cronut, which was absolutely delicious. It is quick service so if you're looking for something quick, easy, and... More

Delicious breakfast, great variety of baked goods. Loved the ham and cheese, spinach and cheese croissants. The plain donuts also very good (coming from not a donuts lover). Very fast and expedite service too. Very clean and nice place.

Stopped here for a quick lunch with a friend. We each had a slice of pizza, which was delivered to our table very quickly after placing our order. Slice was large and very good. Cost of my pepperoni and drink was $7.00. Tables are long picnic style tables and a few smaller tables along the walls. You place order on... More

We thought this was over rated. Tried it twice just to make sure. Big plus was a surprise buy one, get one deal on baked goods at night. We had a scone, muffin, donuts and bagels. All good but nothing special.
