Description: Affectionately known as B-I-T, we are Telluride's favorite spot for fast breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, and moderate priced dining. We're newly rebuilt 1/2 block south of Main Street at 127 S. Fir. Look for the big red corrugated building. We're fast, and can handle even the crowds during the big festivals with only a few minutes in line.

This is THE place for us when we are in Telluride! Love the bagels, my kids get the donuts and there's always a hot breakfast burrito/croissant available. Lunch and dinner is great too!

This is a great place to grab a quick and reasonably priced b-fast. Communal seating inside. Ham & swiss croissant was tasty, as was the egg sandwich my husband ordered. Cinnamon swirl roll - delicious!

Good sandwiches and convenient location. Baked goods are just ok. Got a bit of attitude from staff when I wanted a wrap sandwhich vs. bread. Helloo, you are making burritos there, just wanted it for my sandwich...shouldn't be that difficult.

We were in Telluride for 5 days and went to Baked in Telluride for lunch one day and breakfast a couple of days. For the lunch we had their chili. I was disappointed. It was nothing special and was a little too spicy. We went for breakfast a couple of times and had the chance to sample a few of... More

Every time I am near Telluride I have to stop and have the butterscotch oatmeal cookies. They just don't make them any better. The other cookies and bagels are great also, but the butterscotch oatmeal cookies are the best.

This place has a wide variety of (relatively) inexpensive, no-fuss sandwiches and other lunch foods. The baked goods are very good. There is not much in Telluride that is modestly priced, so it stays quite busy. Counter service that is competent but not overly friendly. Long communal tables inside or get lucky and snag an outdoor table on the porch.

Nice, busy bakery with excellent food. They had scones, danish, croissants, donuts and the usual bakery fare but also breakfast burritos, wraps. They even sold drinks by the glass later on.

We ate lunch here with our 3 kids and family friends. Family friendly atmosphere, decently quick service, and good pizza. We had the Greek pizza and it was delicious. It's nice to know about another good pizza option in Telluride that isn't quite as overwhelmingly packed as some of the others. Oh, excellent baked goods and treats too!

This is a great place to start the day. Stop for a bagel/bagel sandwich and/or sugar loaded sweets. Good hot coffee and baked breads that can be used for a picnic lunch. The place seems to be busy the times we have stopped, so be prepared for a short wait and enjoy the smells of the bakery.

We went in the bakery several times while in Telluride as we had to walk past it every time we left our condo (dangerous for diets). We tried the turnovers, cookies, apple strudel and muffins. All were delicious. I personally liked the apple strudel the best- flaky and just the right amount of filling!
