Description: Affectionately known as B-I-T, we are Telluride's favorite spot for fast breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, and moderate priced dining. We're newly rebuilt 1/2 block south of Main Street at 127 S. Fir. Look for the big red corrugated building. We're fast, and can handle even the crowds during the big festivals with only a few minutes in line.

Whenever I go to Telluride, I stop at Baked, for cookies and donuts, which they do a great job with. They also have a nice selection of gluten free and vegan baked things. However, I went there for a breakfast for the first time and their bagel sandwiches are terrible! I'm not a super picky person, and it is rare... More

Not fancy by any means but comfortable and coffee was good, latte was good and breakfast croissants were excellent along with the great selection of breakfast pastries! If we would have had more time on this trip, we would have returned here for lunch and dinner to check out those menu selections as well. Wine and beer is available too.

Had a meat and veggie combo pizza for two which was excellent, although the medium would have fed six people. It was also expensive at $ 21.95. Have eaten here a number of times and found their baked on-site products to be great.

Wow! This place rocks, seriously. Some amazing pastries, especially the long johns and streusel-topped goods. As well, the reuben was a huge hit. On the way out of town we grabbed a baguette and ate it in the car and for the next two days. Everything is nicely prices and delicious. The seating area is all chairs and stools, no... More

My husband and I are early risers and not much for a full sit down breakfast. The Sheridan Hotel recommended the "Bakery". What a great choice! It was a short walk from hotel (1.5 blocks), the crisp morning air (6am) really woke me up along with the smell of fresh coffee & baked goods coming from "The Bakery". I entered... More

They open at 5:30 am for coffee & pastries! Lunch & dinner options too...salads, sandwiches, burritos...the works! Lots of locals, so you know it's good.

We were in Telluride for a fall color trip and were walking around and happened on this little lunch bakery place, it was busy so we stopped in. We enjoyed some baked bread , salad and soup. We enjoyed it all. Got to sit outside and people watch while we had lunch. The food was good and the service good.... More

We really did not eat here but bought cookies to take with us. Glad I don't live in Telluride where I would have access to these cookies on a daily basis. The temptation would be too great. We actually ate "on" these (chocolate chip, peanut butter and oatmeal) cookies for several days. Yummy!

The pumpkin bar was moist & tasty, the éclair was average, the turnovers were very dry with very little fruit in them. The smell as you walk into the bakery as awesome, but the baked goods were expensive & not worth the price. The workers were friendly. It is a shame that prices for everything in Telluride are so high.... More

They are well known for their baked goods liked cookies and muffins, but also have a nice selection of soup and sandwiches. I thought it was over-rated and over-priced, but I have been back many times anyway. Not many healthy or gluten-free options.
