This is my happy place! Gluten free pizza that is delicious! Football game was on, arcade for the kids, tons of options. A little pricy, but SO good after a day on the slopes!

We ate at three pizza places during our five day stay in telluride and this was by far the worse. My friend had a small personal pizza which so soggy that it took 15-20 napkins to make it edible. I had a calzone that I couldn't even finish for the fact that the elk sausage was still quite bloody one... More

The Crazy Elk is one of our favorites places to have lunch while skiing. It is ideally located near the bottom of the Mountain Village main slope. The pizzas are delicious and very reasonably priced. The family loves going there.

The restaurant offers pizza in a strictly "no-frills" environment. There is no host to seat you, you order up front and get your food at the table you pick on your own as well as your silverware once the food has arrived. However, upon entering and waiting for to be seated, nobody tells you about this policy. The food itself... More

Had a sandwich and a soda. Italian Stallion sandwich was yummy. The service was really friendly. Jen behind the counter was nice- quick with a smile and very sweet. All in all I would def stop in during a ski day.

We stayed in Mountain Village the week following Christmas 2014 and ate at the Crazy Elk several times. The bar scene was lively, especially during football games. The service was outstanding. We even made new friends while waiting on our pizza. The kids loved the huge slices, while my wife and I loved the "Intense Italian". Jennifer was awesome! Give... More

This pizza was terrific! Big chunks of meat on our Carnivore Pizza, and the kids loved their Double Cheese. Kind of a pub atmosphere with several games and a dart board. Good beer selection. Only complaint was that it's a little small, so getting a table around 7:00 good take a bit during the peak season. Won't stop me from... More

This place is crazy busy in Mountain Village but our pizza was out in a reasonable amount of time. Crust is very good and toppings seem fresh. Would definitely eat here again.

If you want pizza, you can't go wrong with Crazy Elk. The service is generally pretty quick, and the food is reasonably priced (for Telluride).
