This place was built for one reason. This place is here for people with very deep pockets, and for those who don't know the value of a dollar.

We were very surprised to see such a nice restaurant at the top of the lift. We stopped for lunch, a bit early as it did get crowded, had some very good food and a glass of wine. It was nice to relax in the chalet before heading out again for the afternoon. It is expensive (our lunch was ~$100... More

The ride up for dinner in a "romantic snow cat" was anything but romantic. The smell of diesel fumes lingered as we crammed in tightly to the tiny bench seating. The "luxurious" blankets were faux fur matted down and gross. I tried not to touch them. (For size reference I am 5'4 / 125lbs - and I was smushed!!) Food... More

A singular mountain dining experience! Ride the Gondola to the top, then board a cozy snow coach to venture even higher on the mountain...exceptional views of town and stars, and if timed right, even some sunset over the Utah mountains! Arriving, greeted with a glass of delicious champagne and ushered into a snug, mountain chalet with petite fireplace. A prix... More

most resorts serve the typically bad burgers, soups, chili, salad combo. Now you can have a good dining experience in a awesome location with great views and very good food. We were a party of four and everybody liked their selection. Service was also very good and the heaters kept us much warmer then expected. No need to be stuck... More

A small bistro on the slopes and a great place for lunch. I had the organic tomato basil gorgonzola soup, then we split a charcuterie plate which was very good. The cheese and cured meats were very gourmet and the wine selection was very good. It is not cheap, but it was worth it!

We have skied past Alpino Vino for several years, never stopping, until earlier this week when we decided to stop in for lunch. What a super place this is! We were greeted warmly by the hostess, Sheri, who found a perfect table for us on the deck, with the most gorgeous views all around. She not only offered to take... More

The ride up the mountain was a fun, unique experience. But once we got to restaurant that changed. The 1st eight people sat in front room that was very quaint & cozy, the other 4 of us had to sit in a very boring back room looking at the backside of a stone wall. Wait staff was nice, Wine was... After reading Trip Advisor reviews we decided to cancel our dinner reservation and instead skied in for lunch. I don't doubt the evening snow coach ride to the top would make for an awesome dinner, but I agree with other reviewers that Alpino Vino is all about the views and the outdoor deck. We shared the anti-pasto plate which is... More
