We enjoyed dinner at Cosmo with friends recently, and - althought the food and service was good-- the COSMO martini was the BEST! Be sure to order one...or two!!

My wife and I went on a restaurant hop and first visited this fantastic restaurant. We made it on time for happy hour and should have stayed for dinner. We had several plates of sushi and tuna poke. Also had a very good version of oysters on the half shell , out standing. Very good service from Mark their assistant... More

Nothing bad to say about Cosmopolitan. It has and continues to be our favorite restaurant when we go into Telluride. The food is to die for and the service is incredible! If you don't make it early into town make sure you make reservations because it does fill up. The sushi is incredibly fresh and the surf-and-turf is out of... More

We met friends here and had a large table - with no booking. The service was incredibly efficient and the food really was too quality. Well worth the visit while in telluride.

We enjoyed Christmas dinner here with two teenage sons after a long day of travel. Selected from an upscale menu with interesting choices. Especially happy with the duck! Elegant restaurant feel but with the lighter feel perfect for a ski community. Thanks!

Our NYE pre-fix dinner was incredible! From the apps to the dessert everything was perfect. Starting with a warm beet salad and calamari, moving in to a main course of lobster and steak it was truly incredible. Topped with creme brûlée. It was perfection with great service.

We've been coming to TRide for decades and have walked past the Cosmo a zillion times and finally decided to try it. OMG, everything about our experience was exceptional. The service was impeccable, attentive but not pushy (thank you Devon), the Black Manhattans were made with skill and precision (stirred, not shaken). The house made bread was so good we... More

Had a reservation for New Year's Eve dinner. Food, service, presentation, location - all exquisite. Dessert (creme brulee) may have been a little underwhelming - just a creme brulee, and I am not entirely sure the overall cost was worth it, but... New Year's eve, right next to the gondola, and sometimes you just have to live a little...

Telluride has a lot of good restaurants, and this is one of the best. We try to go there on each visit, about 2x a year. Everything on the menu is good, although we were a little underwhelmed by the lobster corn dog appetiser. Reservations highly recommended.
