Still An Excellent Restaurant Choice in Telluride

We had a number of dishes. My son had the BBQ Verlasso Sustainable Salmon which had a wonderful flavor and broth. We shared a shrimp and calamari dish which had a very good sweet and spicy sauce. The food was delicious, coffee excellent as well as the desserts. Another reviewer said the staff were "smug". I couldn't agree more. The hostesses were rude and snotty!!! Our server was condescending. I probably won't go back. Too bad, the food was amazing. I hope the owner reads my review.

Quite amazingly good food. Best meal of our holiday and as good as any other I can recall. The oysters, sushi (nigiri and maki), sashimi and the smoked salmon dish were sublime. The wine list was excellent, which the server knew all about. In fact, the service was perfect too. Your only problem will be getting a reservation.

Been going to Cosmo for many years. Overall, it's probably Telluride's best bet for good food and drink. Be sure to make reservations during the season as it gets quite crowded. Once in a while they stumble either on service or steak prep which kept me from giving a 5th star.

We visited during Presidents Week with our son from California. We enjoyed a great dinner as usual and will return often. The cobb salad is one of my favorites - delicious and very creative. The evening was tarnished by a waitress who was unsuited for the job. The lady who brought our wine had to take our dinner order. After... More

The last few times we have eaten here, we were grossly disappointed. The staff is smug, the food is horrible, way too much use of salt instead of flavor, portion size is laughable, and the prices are ridiculous for what you get. If this is your only dining option in Telluride, do yourself a favor and stay home.

We sat in the bar. I felt really rushed and pushed to order was not relaxing at all. We had just arrived in Telluride after 2 planes, and a 60 min. bus ride. We really wanted to sit have a couple drinks order a little something but... waiter was coming back every 2 min. to see if we were ready.... More

I liked everything. I have eaten there many times over the years. The sushi is fresh and is often half price at happy hour. The salmon dinner was amazing!

We ate here at early dinner at 6:30 and our daughter and we love this place. We had the lamb, surf and turf and my daugther the grilled chicken. We started with the Tempura roll, it was delicious. We love to come to this place everytime we are in town during ski season!
