The Best Outdoor Mid-Mountain Lunch Experience

Yes, of course it's expensive, but I certainly didn't expect that eating on the mountain at a ski resort would be cheap! I also wasn't expecting it to be so delicious! I had the pulled pork sandwich and cole slaw, both of which were great. The pork, unadorned by anything other than a flavorful... read more

Great setting, great music, views to die for and very average and not good value for the basic slope lunch, food tasted as if it had been lying around since 11 am in the morning. Not the best but will keep you going

This is on the ski slope and is a wonderful way to eat lunch on the mountain when you need a lunch break but as all these are very expensive bring lots of $$$ I had Hawiian Luau smoked pork and mango slaw which was awesome as well as blue potatoes

Pulled pork sandwich and ranch beans were as good as I have had!! Terrific live music and beautiful scenery for a mid day meal on the mountain. Stop for lunch and enjoy the scenery!!

We came during spring break but they had live music and outdoor/indoor seating. They have two places to get food. One is outdoors and is bbq - get the pulled pork sandwich and beans - you won't be disappointed. It's very expensive, even if you eat inside. The second day we had kids chicken strips. It was the cheapest thing... More

The outdoor firepit gets crowded fast, but the atmosphere was fun and the beer was cold... It gets crazy busy at lunchtime of course - like all ski resort lunch spots on the mountain...

Great spot to have a drink, and/or lunch on the mountain. Restaurant and bars are on the site of an old homestead. Lots of beach chairs in amphitheater setting to enjoy sunshine, music and views. One of my top five on mountain apres ski sites in North America. High recommended

They have live music everyday from lunch until close. Both guitars players are very good. One takes just about any request while the other fiddles to country/blues pretty well (just don't request Dave Matthews). The food is good and priced like your average on-mountain dining experience. The bars are great and there is even one with a little inside seating... More

We stopped here twice mid-day for a break and drinks. Good music, great views and nice atmosphere. Did not rate it higher due to expensive weak drinks.
