Have the corned beef hash or Santa Fe omelet. We went for breakfast two days in a row. Can't comment on lunch, but meals seem to be portioned for those planning to spend a day on the slopes. Service was excellent, food was delicious. May have to wait for a table--it's a very popular place

Great breakfast with friendly service. Try their world famous cinnamon roll...it is the size of your head and oh so yummy. I had the traditional eggs Benedict the first trip which was very good. It came with breakfast potatoes which were crisp and seasoned well. The 2nd trip I tried the breakfast sandwich (eggs, cheese bacon on a croissant) and... More

We typically drop in for lunch when ever we visit Steamboat. Always pleasant service and fresh bread and meats, making for and great meal. It is generally full but there is a quick turnover so the wait is minimal.

Very small, diner-like atmosphere with fantastic food. We enjoyed it all - the only comment we had was that the breakfast potatoes should be cut smaller. They give you huge portions - so go hungry! We arrived at 7:30 on a Saturday, and by 8:00 there was a wait. But, it was Presidents Weekend. Not sure how it is on... More

Great spot - everything we ate was wonderful, especially the spiced tea. Had both breakfast and lunch. Great service, though sometimes there was a wait. Well worth it, though!

yes, Winona's serves the absolute best philly cheesesteak. The food just is healthier and better than the competition. The sweet potato fries are great and the muffins are fingerlicking awesome. Tight seating but its worth the wait. I'd do Winona's any day any time!

Traditional type of place with a good choice of sandwiches and wraps for lunch. All very tasty and well presented. Very friendly service. It's popular, and you can see why.

Winona's was recommended by the staff in our condo complex. It was great. The menu is very interesting, the food well prepared, and the service very friendly and efficient. It is small and, as a result, crowded and a bit crammed, but very worth it. Also, very kid friendly. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Steamboat.

I was looking forward to this based on the reviews. I ate a Greek omelette, rye toast, chili cheese grits, potatoes, and a lemon square. The chili cheese grits had very little flavor, could have been regular grits as far as I could tell. Ate a lemon square, tasted liked something they had shipped in frozen. I tried to drink... More

Went there one day for lunch with my daughter. Found the service to be excellent and the food equally as good. I don't know a lot about homestyle American cooking but if there is such a thing then Winona's captures it. Pricing is great and it is fast. Will definitely be going back.
