Riggio's was recommended by a friend for our stay in Steamboat. Our experience was great. Our server, Sheila, was knowledgable and kind. The mussels were a great start. They only have one salad which they served family style and it was delicious. The chicken piccata with angel hair and steamed spinach was great. We will return next week with a... More

All of the Italian dishes are great, and the mussels are superb. The wait staff is friendly. The atmosphere is cozy. Reservations are accepted. Street parking is available. This is one of our regular local stops.

The mussels in the white wine garlic sauce are the best I have EVER had. The food in general is great. Italian is my favorite category and this is my favorite spot. Gluten free pasta is available, service is always great, one of the best restaurants in town.

We were recommended Riggio's by the owner of a hotel in Steamboat, so we went. He was absolutely right. We went initially for their half off drink and appetizer happy hour, but liked it so much we came back for dinner! My wife ordered Chicken Piccata and I had Chicken Marsala. On both of our dinners the chicken was beautifully... More

We moved to Boulder in 2012 from NJ and have felt there is a real void as far as Italian food. When we were in steamboat 2 years ago we had dinner at Riggios. It was amazing. Reminded us of our real Italian food back east. We recently returned to Steamboat and again had dinner at Riggios. It was just... More

Riggios's has a fairly standard Italian menu. The mussels appetizer was outstanding. Mine and my wife's entrees (bolognese and veal Marsala) were good but not great. In all fairness, it's hard to make these dishes stand out from all other Italian restaurants. This is a good choice if you're hungry for Italian.

Not a bad meal but overpriced (even by resort standards) for what you get. Very standard Italian food, very standard setting. Nothing extraordinary and expensive for what you get.

had a nice meal here with our group. Typical Italian fare which was good (not great) but was well presented. Service was exceptional. It was a little on the pricey side.

Our friends from DC whom we see only once a year, took us to Riggios because it is usually a place where you can enjoy a decent conversation even when it is crowded. Thursday night there were the five of us and a table of about ten. They seated us right next to the table of ten. The table of... More
