Eclectic

Very unusual menu. offering Elk Sirloin, Buffalo steak and other items not usually found in most restaurants. Ceviche appetizer was a valiant attempt but did not have enough crab to overcome the hot chilis.

Great food and beer. Have to be there early or forget it! The place is packed every day and you must be there by 4 to get a table. The food is awesome and the beer on tap changes quite often.

I ordered the bison steak and it was cooked perfectly. They included 3 dipping sauces for my steak that added different flavors. I will be back for sure.

Tried Mahogany Ridge based on our hotel shuttle drivers suggestion. Those are sometimes good and sometimes bad. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 5:30pm. Tapas are $1.00 each and the wine we had was $4 instead of $8. We had 4 glasses of wine, 4 tapas, entree of fish tacos and the bill was $32. Delicious and we were quite... More

We recently tried out Mahogany Ridge during their Happy Hour. We tried several of their own brews, margaritas and sampled a rather large # of items from the HH menu. All of them were crazy good and so inexpensive! The only off HH item menu we got was their Twisted Pretzel ... covered decadently with melted cheese and accompanied by... More

Our first night in Steamboat, we found Mahogany Ridge and decided to try it based on the great reviews. We were NOT disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly! From walking in to leaving, we interacted with 3 different servers and they were so nice and helpful with their recommendations. They really take pride in their job and are true believers... More

This is our 2nd visit to Mahogony Ridge and it was not a disappointment! It is a little on the pricey side, but the service AND the food is top notch. We were looking for a nice place to have a family dinner on the last night of our stay at Steamboat and this was perfect! We will go back... More

We had been to this brewpub on a previous visit to the Springs several years ago and went back again. My porter was excellent and my fish and chips made with Mahi was also excellent. It is not a huge place, which is great as there is not so much noise and you can have a conversation here.Service was excellent... More

I really thought this would be our best meal during our stay, but it was a little bit of a let down. We had reservations which is advised, and they had our table ready. The food was good, but not great. Service was pretty good. I brew my own beer and enjoy small craft breweries. I had their dark IPA... More
