Harwigs (as most will refer to it) is a fine dining experience and for that you must expect to pay a little more. In return you will get first class service and our server Matt was very knowledgeable of the menu and helpful with special requirements. There is even a sommelier, Mike, on hand to guide you through the wine... More

Every year we look forward to going to our favorite restaurant in steamboat Harwigs First the food is absolutely amazing and with a beautiful presentation, you can't beat the combo. Wine is always a compliment to the food with "Mike's" help, you can't go wrong. The service is impeccable whether at the bar or one of the elegant tables. We... More

L'Apogee Harwigs is hands down the best dining experience I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in great hands. The staff in not only incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, but the service was also second to none. The owner even came over to our table during our meal to make sure everything was perfect,... We've visited Steamboat Springs on four occasions over the past few years and we never miss an opportunity to enjoy one of Steamboat's finest restaurants. We've enjoyed the selection of bar food as well as dined in their amazing restaurant. This time we shared the experience with friends and having booked a table at the restaurant, we arrived early to... More

We peg this restaurant as a little bit of an old school fine wine and dining experience, and it is priced accordingly, but worth it, if you go in knowing that's what you will be getting. Between the two of us we had duck breast dish with acorn squash and watercress with thin-sliced proiscutto and a quarter chicken cooked in... More

We went for happy hour for 1/2 price appetizers consisting of Diver Scallops, Yampa Valley Pork Shank Torchon, and Lamb Sliders. The aromas were heavenly. Everything was scrumptious. The wait staff was excellent very friendly. A great way to have a delicious light evening meal. Highly recommended.

We were here for some early evening aperitifs before going onto a gig at the Strings concert hall. The bar staff gave us a warm welcome and we were treated to sme great dishes ranging from oyster to lamb 'sliders'. Not a cheap option but if you fancy an up market evening with quality wines it's great

Heard about this retuarant riding on a bus when discussing best steaks in Steamboat. I mentioned the best steak so far had been e3 chophouse. Then was told of this restaurant by another couple. Very good filet. My sin's scallops were well prepared. The salads were awesome.
