Food was GREAT! Margaritas were tasty specifically the Mojito Margarita. Server was very attentive. Unfortunately, the kitchen messed up our order, but our server did what she could to fix it.

There are two Mexican restaurants one block from each other on Lincoln in downtown Steamboat, so we tried them on back to back Sundays for brunch. The Cantina is the second one we tried. My wife and I ordered as close to identical orders to make the comparison fair. I asked for the huevos rancheros, and she asked for a... More

Woe!!! Long story short! We approached several restaurants around lunch time! Everyone was busy! Cantina said 15 min wait and they would text us when our table was ready 30 mins later we walked in! Manager sat us at the bar since there was only 2 of us! We waited over 20 mins to get w drink! Bartender was goofalogagus!... More

The meals were not very flavorful in our opinion for Mexican and the service was a bit spotty. I would pick one of the other places unless you really like margaritas and won't mind the food after drinking one of their specialities .

This place has a lot of good Mexican restaurant qualities in a town with many of Mexican Restaurants. Good margs. Great tequila selection. Good food. Go, you can't go wrong.

The food here was really good but the margaritas were even better! The steak tacos were great. The chips were OK but the salsa was really tasty. We had a group of ten and everyone liked their meal. I would definitely go back again!

We sat out front, outside which is nice. great service. The portions are large and fresh. My husband had a chimichanga with shredded chicken, I had a taco salad, very very good and nice service. They offer a happy hour on drinks and appetizers.

With Steamboat's best Margarita's and great happy hour prices for margs and nachos it is worth a visit. Eliel is the perfect server at this friendly eatery.

I usually don't go to Mexican restaurants as I can't tolerate dairy of any kind. And Mexican restaurants tend to use lots of cheese, among other things. I read a review the other day about this place from a patron who had a child with allergies, and had been so pleased with the dinner that was made for her. So,... More

The chef was so kind to create a meal that my daughter with allergies could eat! From salad to steak, it was all fresh and creative. With an allergy to onions, eating out, especially Mexican food, can be tough. We liked it so much that we requested that the chef write down what he did so it can be repeated!!... More
