My Wife Loved The Chili Rellenos

We ate outside and it was nice with good service. My wife said the chili rellenos were some of the best she ever had. I had a spicy flank steak and chili verde soup both were good. Margaritas were pretty good also. FYI, if they say something is spicy it probably is, I love spicy food so I enjoyed... read more

I am from Steamboat and have been dining at the Cantina for decades. It is a classic. A tradition. I eat here nearly every time I visit - and the food has remained great all these years. I didn't think of writing a review until we had a problem. We got our meal and it was overcooked. We grumbled and... More

Food was good and staff was great from the girl who sat us and brought us the never ending basket of chips and salsa to the manager who also played DJ. Our server was great and made great suggestions. One of our daughters is kind of picky and he didn't mind one bit and helped her order her "nacho fries"... More

This place has awesome cocktails, great fresh tasting nachos and an amazing selection of tequilas. For our drinks we had beeritas (the Margarita with a Corona in it) and our mains were fajitas flambéed with shots of tequila. The taste was great, the show of having your food set on fire at your table was perfect. Eliel is an exceptional... More

Ate here with three others. Made a reservation about two hours beforehand on a Saturday evening. Got seated right away upon arrival however the servers are clearly overwhelmed so service is a bit slow. The servers clearly have too many tables. The chips and salsa are great but the it would be nice if they refilled the salsa and refill... More

This was the last place our group visited on our trip and by far was the best meal of our 5 day trip. Even the strip steak (sorry forgot the correct name) was much better than the steak my wife had at another restaurant that week. The guac appetizer which was not made tableside was very good. Everything was so... More

I brought a group of 31, The Greater Charleston Ski Club Chs SC, for dinner. I called about a month in advance to make my reservation. The manager confirmed my reservation and contacted me about a week prior to our arrival. When I got there the assistant manager was there to see to our needs. We put us in a... More

Another trip to Steamboat and another dinner at The Cantina. Our large group was quickly seated on a weeknight and our service was very good. We ordered several margaritas, appetizers, and an assortment of entrees and everyone was very happy with their selections. We will be back during our next vacation!
