Dining treat in Steamboat Springs

My husband and I had dinner at Cafe Diva last night and it was excellent. Dishes were creative, fresh and delicious. The sea bass was probably the best I've ever had. Don't miss this experience when you are in Steamboat Springs.

Had such a wonderful dining experience here. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and from our arrival everyone was so kind. He felt so special with multiple people wishing him happy birthday. The food was exquisite. Our only regret was that we did not have larger stomachs! For our appetizer, we had the foie gras brulee which was such a... More

My husband and I ate at Cafe Diva the other night during our vacation to Steamboat. Both of our entrees were incredible. Perfect seasoning and amazing flavors one wouldn't necessarily think go together! We also had the bacon and peanut butter sandwich entree. I could live on only that for the rest of my life and be happy! Very nice... More

We have had several meals at Cafe Diva and have never been disappointed. Kate the chef is excellent and very creative. Paul always has great wine recommendations based on our tastes. Diva is a must when here in Steamboat!

The service was very good and the food was also. But there was a table of 10 adults that were so loud it was almost impossible to enjoy the food. I would have been happier sitting in the middle of a day care center for kids eating. I wanted to enjoy a nice birthday dinner with my wife. It was... More

Cafe Diva was recommended by a friend and we couldn't be happier with our choice. We didn't have reservations but were seated at the bar within 10 minutes. The place is small but that adds to the overall charm. I highly recommend the crab cakes and sea bass, but I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the... More

Another outstanding meal at Diva! We enjoyed the Bison, Elk and beef filets, plus copious amounts of wine. The service was excellent and our side dish requests accepted graciously. Every trip to Steamboat includes a meal at Diva!

They squeezed us in early as they were fully booked for the night and subsequent nights-it was winter carnival and the town was packed. The food was amazing as was our waiter, Darryl. To watch him was like watching a well choreographed dance-never missed a beat. We started off with foie gras brulee served with strawberry, rhubarb black pepper syrup, brioche... More

I've eaten at Café Diva twice in the last month and have been there several times in the last few years. The service is attentive and the food generally good. They have an excellent wine menu. The elk is always excellent, and I have not had the desserts, as I'm always so stuffed by the time I have the yummy... More
