Love the outdoor seating, we had crostini and pizza, great wine list. Such a cute place with flowers all over.

Our waiter was not very good (didn't bring our bread or drinks for so long we asked another server), the other servers I saw were very good. The food was really good especially the black kale salad. The pasta red sauce was excellent. It's a good place for families

We enjoyed the food and the patio dining at Mambo's. We were going to the rodeo and thought 1 1/2 hours would be enough time for dinner, but all of Steamboat was very busy as well as the restaurants. The server brought pizza dough for the child at our table to make a pizza, but declined letting her bake it... More

Delicious food, excellent service! The waiter was thoroughly engaged with pairing wines with entrees. She made several recommendations that were quite wonderful. It was our last meal in Steamboat, and we were not disappointed.

Wow, what a great evening this last Sunday. Listened to live music on the patio and enjoyed a glass of vino and some of the best lasagne I've had in a long time. My husband had gluten-free Pasta Ravena. So delicious!! The service and atmosphere is top notch. Don't miss it!!!

We often go to Steamboat in the summer and have always eaten at Mambo, usually a few times during our trip. This trip we ate there on the first day and that was it. Our pizzas were soggy. They didn't look appetizing at all and weren't very good. We were pretty disappointed with our old favorite Steamboat restaurant. There also... More

Great food, and the waitstaff and bartenders are all great BUT the hostess—the first impression person— was a complete tart who couldn't pull herself from her iphone then forgot to put us on the list for a table after we waited for 45 minutes. She acted like we were interrupting her texting thankfully the bartender and the bright red headed... More

Visited Mambo Italiano during a recent girls' trip to Steamboat. It was hands down the best meal I had while I was in Steamboat. We shared several appetizers (olives, fried zucchini, meatballs, sausage) and bread and then each ordered entrees. The fried zucchini and meatballs were the stars in my opinion. The fresh-baked bread is also delicious. Every one of... More

Our family is regularly in Steamboat and we never miss a trip to Mambo's. Must start with calamari and mussels for appetizers. They never fail to be delicious. The kids always order the pizzas but a favorite pasta, the Mambo Ravioli is missing from the new menu! Please bring it back. The restaurant is always crowded but they do try... More

There is nothing more invigorating than paying $20 for Shrimp Diavola and being served a less than al dente pile of pasta covered in a watery marinara sauce and topped with frozen shrimp. Shrimp that other shrimp refer to as "shrimp". Sounds good? Then keep reading. Not only was the sauce thin, but it tasted suspiciously of a tin can,... More
