Could have been better

We spotted this restaurant as we were walking around Steamboat & thought it looked very appealing. It's basically a sports bar with a quaint decor. The service was adequate. My salad appeared to be the bottom of the lettuce bag and was a bit bland, though the salmon on top was quite good. My... read more

This restaurant is located down the hill from Steamboat base village in a retail development so you need a car to get here, but it's worth it. I love it when you go in not expecting much and are pleasantly surprised. The restaurant has a nice casual relaxed atmosphere with good service and reasonable prices by resort standards. My burger... We wanted a casual dinner and drinks while we watched the Final Four games after a full day of Spring skiing. The Rusted Porch was a hit. The food was very good (I had an awesome burger!!) and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend this place for a good bite and good selection of local craft beers.

We've been to Rusted Porch several times with both family and friends - it's always a great experience. The vibe is convivial, the waitstaff friendly and the variety of largely comfort food is served quickly and is tasty! This is a great stop for good pub food before or after a movie!

Mediocre food. Too expensive for the quality of food. Could not accommodate any changes to menu items. Will not go back.

From the outside, i thought it would be just another lousy bar food establishment. Boy, was i wrong. They had an extensive menu to please everybody in our group. I had their Mediterranean salad which was so good i came home and recreated it. I ate it twice while at Steamboat for the week and would have eaten there every... More

My wife and I went on a weekday evening and the place was surprisingly empty. Food was excellent, as was the service. Reasonable prices too.

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had in Steamboat. After being greeted by a friendly hostess, we were lead to a nice big, yet cozy booth. So far, so good. It went downhill from there. The waitress, when she came around, acted like it was a terrible bother to have to wait on us. Got monosyllabic answers to... More

Ate here for dinner on a Friday night with three others during ski season. We had to wait about 5 or 10 minutes for a table but otherwise the service was prompt and professional. The dinner menu has a nice selection of options. Good drink menu. Reasonable prices. Good crowd. I had the BLT and two others had the pulled... More
