Steamboat isn't cheap, especially by the slopes, but this was one of the meals I felt worth the price. A decently sized and wonderful tasting sandwich, well-presented, from a menu that presented a few equally tempting options.

When visiting a place we've never been to we rarely return to the same place twice. We had lunch at Paramount 3 times during our stay in SS. We were there in August so it didn't have the crowds I understand that gather during ski season. The waitstaff was friendly, stopped to chat for a few minutes, tell us about... More

We were headed to Slopeside Grill but decided to try its neighbor Paramount for lunch. Interesting list of sandwiches and salads. We split the Chicken Club and it was excellent. Marinated chicken, tomatoes (great tasting), onion, greens, thick cut bacon, avocado, dijon, and mayo on thick cut, toasted bread. Plenty for us to split at $12. Order inside, they bring... More

What a wonderful atmosphere! High energy, perfect for a bite to eat coming off of the slopes. I ordered the Summer Veggie sandwich, which had thick, perfectly toasted slices of bread, copious amounts of goat cheese, fresh cucumbers and walnuts and a sprig of dill. It was served on a wooden plank, which was unique and impressive. Overall, a great... More

Expensive-- like all the food we had in Steamboat-- but convenient to our condo (SkiTime Square)-- really good food and nice staff.

We experienced Paramount on a recommendation from a local on one of the lifts and enjoyed it so much we came back a second time. They have fantastic cocktails and european coffee (best flat white of our trip in USA) and the choices of sandwiches and soups were so mouth watering that it was tricky to pick. Our favourite was... We enjoyed a lovely lunch today. Staff was helpful and courteous; available without hovering, and happy to honor all our special requests. The steak salad was delicious, the fresh cut french fries were among the best we've ever enjoyed, and everyone's sandwiches were perfectly prepared and yummy. Easy eatery for anyone at the slopes are staying at the Torian, but... More
