Consistently good food and classy apres ski atmosphere

The Truffle Pig is one of our favorite places at the base of the mountain for apres ski and dinners. The service is great and they offer daily specials. At the end of the season all wines by the glass are 1/2 price and happy hour is all night!

A pleasant place with friendly staff that serves good food! The value was good - not too expensive for the quality, especially considering the location, which is very close to the Gondola. The cuisine is upscale american. I had the "drunken" pork chops - a generous cut of tender and properly cooked chops. My wife had the Sea Bass, which... More

This is a place to geta burger and some truffle fries, but don't expect miracles. My salad was fine, but the crispy calamari was actually soggy.

Truffle Pig is a MUST when you are in Steamboat Springs, plus the outside balcony looks right over all the ski schools so you can have a bite and a brew while watching the kids learn to ski. Their wagu burger with truffle fries is intense!! Add the sautéed mushrooms as an extra, its worth it!!

I really want to give it a 3 1/2 instead of 4, but since you can't... I err on the side of generosity. The food on the whole is a little above average. My husband had the Osso Bucco, which he said was good.. not fantastic but good. I had the flat iron steak, which was about the same. The... More

We had a lovely last dinner at this restaurant. They even made us perogies which weren't even on the menu any longer. Had some delicious Beringer wine, a little expensive but it went great with our dinner. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Words can not express how much we loved this place! I came to Steamboat with 4 of my girlfriends and I'm the only vegan and they accommodated everyone's needs! Beautiful space, fab food, wonderful owner, and perfection on services. Thank you Truffle Pig for a wonderful experience and incredible food!

Reading other reviews, our experience was not unusual. Server tried her best, but the kitchen let her down. Entrees took an hour to arrive and sea bass and sturgeon dishes were mediocre at best. Dessert was comped which we appreciated, but would not return
