Liked it so much, we returned the next day for lunch

Stopped by on our first night in town. Even though they were slammed, they fit our party of 8 in, making up a new table for us. Service and food was great. We had the kale farro salad and burgers, and those delicious truffle fries. Liked the place so much, we took a break from skiing to lunch there... read more

Despite some negative comments online we found the service to be excellent. Our waiter was great and the food was delicious.

Everything about it was just lame. The salad I had was worse than an airline salad and the salmon that came with it was disgusting. The diet coke was flat. The bread was stale. The fries that I tried of my husbands were cold. To be fair, my husband did like his meal but mine really was not good. The... More

Not pleased with recent visit to the truffle pig. Prices are too high for the food quality and atmosphere. Service was very slow; though they did apologize for the time it took to come out. Lamb was over cooked, Beef Wellington was undercooked. Very slow service. We had lamb at a restaurant "downtown" Steamboat the night before for similar price... More

Family of 4 for dinner after a fabulous day of skiing... The food was fine. However, mind you the price of burgers that my teens ordered were $25 each and side Caesar salad for $12 each. With prices like this I expect friendly professional service. My salad came WITH my meal. My drink came in the MIDDLE of my meal.... More

What a fantastic experience! The food was some of the best/unique I've ever had. Our server, Tessa, could not have done better. :-)

Had a light lunch mid afternoon at the Pig. I didn't have great expectations, but was delightfully surprised. I had the basil tomato soup. It had a delicious smokey flavor and was fabulous. I tried one of the truffled fries from my companion's plate and they were also great. This restaurant is a keep.

I have had dinner at the Truffle Pig twice in the last month, and have previously dined there for lunch on several occasion. The service and food are general good. In a visit in January with my wife we munched on the olives along with the almonds in truffle oil and sea salt for starters, and both were excellent. We... More
