I had a fantastic lunch last year at Freshies, so we decided to go back this year and have breakfast. Just as wonderful! Service is so great here, very friendly...treat you like you're a local...kind of atmosphere. The food is homemade and you can tell! The portions are very generous as well. (a short-stack is 4 large pancakes.... beware!) :)... More

This was a new restaurant for us but we were with family and it was close to their house. The food was really good, my husband and I had the chicken cordon bleu sandwich, and it was certainly filling. The cookies weren't to shabby either and of course there wasn't a calorie in either one. We enjoyed the scenery outside... More

Freshies is a favorite lunch spot for locals and as the name implies, everything is super fresh and quite delicious. The menu is soup, salads and sandwiches, but extensive at the same time. There are also sinful desserts including a massive slice of brownie. A delightful stop.

Good breakfast spot. Some of the best pancakes I have had in awhile. Get here early, small place gets a wait after 8:15. Large menu lots of options. I didn't have a cinnamon roll but they looked huge an good.

This is angriest place for breakfast. They have a very large selection and the food is "fresh" to order. The atmosphere is relaxed casual and the did was absolutely great. We will definately be back!

Brunch meal found the restaurant bustling with locals, clearly a popular place. I had the single Southwest Benedict which was very good. Friendly staff and a nice outdoor patio. Only complaint that the inside area was quite noisy.

We only had breakfast at Freshies, which seems popular with the locals in Steamboat. They serve breakfast and lunch using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. I had eggs benedict and they make real hollandaise. If you like this dish, you may have learned the hard way as I have that not every restaurant uses the real sauce.

This was our first time eating here. I had the special a salad with fresh peaches, and it was delicious! It also came with a homemade piece of bread that was very yummy! Hubby had the tuna sandwich, and it was also very good. We will come back again! Our server was very friendly and we sat our on the... More
