Every item on the menu in prepared fresh for you. Anything you order is awesome! We eat here every time we are in town. The staff is great and fast. I usually get the strawberry and blueberry pancakes, delicious. Make sure you visit! You will not be disappointed! Very yummy!!!

We only had breakfast at Freshies, which seems popular with the locals in Steamboat. They serve breakfast and lunch using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. I had eggs benedict and they make real hollandaise. If you like this dish, you may have learned the hard way as I have that not every restaurant uses the real sauce.

This was our first time eating here. I had the special a salad with fresh peaches, and it was delicious! It also came with a homemade piece of bread that was very yummy! Hubby had the tuna sandwich, and it was also very good. We will come back again! Our server was very friendly and we sat our on the... More

We ate breakfast at Freshies twice while staying in Steamboat. Saturday morning it was raining and the place was packed. We waited about 20 minutes to get in but the kitchen was fast so we barely had to wait to get our food. Our omelets were big and delicious! Service was great. Don't forget to buy one of their Raspberry... More

It was the worst meal I've ever had, the waitress was rude and obnoxious. Not to mention she smelled like pot. The sandwiches were bad and unoriginal. Just an all around terrible place to eat.

We ate lunch at Freshies for the first time with a friend of ours who had eaten there numerous times. She recommended it highly. Now, we can do the same. The lunch menu is varied with salads, sandwiches and other items. I had a salad and sandwich combo that was just perfect. For my half-salad I chose the Rainbow Warrior.... More

Very good food and service. Seating inside and outside. I had the tuna sandwich which was very tasty. My husband had the Avocado Grill sandwich that was also excellent. You can substitute the chips with either fries, sweet potato fries or a smaller version of any one of the menu salads (all at an up charge). The roasted beet salad... More

Great food and service, nice outdoor seating area too. Really busy for breakfast, only open for breakfast/lunch. Good menu with sandwiches and basics and great shakes!

The road construction made Freshies difficult to get to yesterday for lunch, but it was worth the effort. There were four of us dining and we all ordered different items and the we were all delighted with our choices. I had the chicken tortilla soup with the beet salad with goat cheese. It truly lived up the the Freshies name.... More

We stopped with friends recently and enjoyed a late lunch of salads, soup and sandwiches. I had a Southwest Caeser that had enough flavor pop to be noticeable. The Cristo Verde with turkey, white cheddar and chilies was an instant favorite. Try the roasted beet salad or Rainbow Warrior Salad for a fun, different treat.
