Johnny has Great Food

This is a great local restaurant. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They take restaurant.com certificates. We ate off the breakfast and lunch menus. When you go plan on it being your big meal of the day.

We were disappointed when we discovered that the fountain in Lyon Drugs was "out for repair" when we discovered this diner. We ate lunch one afternoon - great club sandwich which had to be shared and great milk shakes. Wish I had room for the homemade pies which were displayed. We came back for breakfast another day (my husband wanted... More

This place looks like just a hole in the wall, but a must try if you are in Steamboat. I read the reviews before coming here and wasn't sure--but I am glad that we came. This was our first restaurant that we went to in Steamboat, and we weren't disappointed. We arrived really hungry and we weren't let down as... More

We went back to Johnny B Goods with my brother and sister-in-law, great choice of breakfast and lunch options. The food and service are still good, given we went on a rainy Sunday we felt the staff did a great job of keeping things moving.

We went to Johnny B Good's Diner since we had a restaurant.com gift certificate. The inside is well decorated with a 60's motif. The special the day we went was chicken fried steak. This meal had a nice size chicken fried steak, real mashed potatoes and a mixed vegetable of broccoli and cauliflower. I must say it was a very... More

This tiny place is big on excellent food. Great diner decor with memorabilia all over the walls (even in the restroom). I had fun looking for 45's I might have had growing up. The service was friendly and fairly prompt even though the placwas very busy. The five of us all has great meals, but the very best part was... More

We had the best breakfast at a very reasonable price at this 50's/60's establishment on the main street in Steamboat Springs. I had the corned beef hash, 2 eggs, hash brown potatoes and toast. All excellent. My most favorite breakfast in years. Too bad Steamboat Springs, CO. is so far from Thousand Oaks, CA. Would eat there every day.

The food was good. I had a wet mushroom burger. It was cooked to my specifications and had good flavor. The decor was fun and the music brought me back to my childhood. The booths could fit up to eight snugly. Prices were fair for a resort town.

This is a great place to stop if you want a good burger at a good price. Gets very busy during the lunch rush. Good service.

Good burgers with a 50s theme. Loved the shakes served in the old fashion metal tins. Service was good and prices were reasonable. I ordered the rodeo burger which comes with bbq sauce. Very good. But the sauce is more like the sweet mustard variety found in the southeast part of the country instead of the smokey sweet style I... More
