Always on our list when in Steamboat, the Tap House is a fun place to enjoy the many beers on tap and a burger, watch a game, or relax after a day hiking or skiing. Dark and intimate but also family friendly. I especially like the fish tacos.

We were there for a group event. Glad that they took us in, but they were not very organized with orders. Some people were waiting a little bit longer for their food. Our food were a little bit on the plain side, not very flavorful...guess that we did not try their wings. At least, all the kids had fun hanging... More

During our week in Steamboat we visited the Tap House twice for the wings. Our favorite wings are the Peanut Butter and Jelly flavor! Sounds strange but they are the best. We also liked the Raspberry Chipotle, a little kick but very flavorful. Also liked the onion rings. Service was a little slow, they could have used more wait staff... More

Recently we visited the tap house for a beer and a snack. The service was somewhat slow. When the waitress and management realized what had happened, they were so nice, apologizing for their poor service, gave us a free lunch including an extra beer. We have never had such service before, a great place to visit! Go eat there!

We went there for dinner, it was the first stop for food we had in steamboat and we were starving. We love wings beer and burgers and two out of the three were bad. I ordered the burger with bacon Swiss and mushrooms and my wife had the black and blue. Both burgers were overcooked and dry and just tasted... More

I have to admit that sports bars are not our scene, but we had a family member with us who enjoys craft beers, so we thought it would be a good choice. Well, apparently the beer was good, but we did not particularly enjoy this restaurant. The floors were sticky, which made me uncomfortable; if the public areas of a... More

Wings and service was very good. Hamburgers were good as well. Place could be a little cleaner. Prices are fair and inline with the area.

Our visit was with our grand sons 11 year old ball team, 43 total parents and kids. Staff handled reservations very well on a very busy night. Wife said her pecan chicken was the best she ever had, very wide variety on menu. This is a sports bar so many tvs and games for the kids. Prices were good, i... More

Wanted a casual meal for ourselves and our teenage sons. Tap House is a little on the cramped side with its downstairs location, and was quite full the night that we went (there was a large youth baseball tournament in town). However, we did not have to wait too long, and enjoyed a beverage while we waited. The bartender and... More

We were part of a group of about forty people while in Steamboat for a youth baseball tournament. A waiter and waitress took care of our needs in true team fashion. Imagine 12 separate checks for this loud and boisterous group. Also, electronic team games to play while waiting. Food was reasonably priced, presented well, and of good quality.
