Tasty meat.

3 of us have had two great meals of the two meat plates. Very tasty simple meat, fries and slaw. Beer and service was great. Will be there once more before we leave.

Got ignored. Table of 8 came after us and they took their order first. There we just 3 of us. Said a few choice words to the only waitress and walked out never to return!

My wife and I popped in for a quick dinner. She had the burger and I had the brisket platter. Both were ok...not spectacular but not terrible either. Service was fast and attentive with a hole-in-the-wall ambiance. Prices were decent considering it's resort location. $15 for my brisket, for example. Not a bad option for a quick bite and a... Nice place, friendly. Not big, had to wait a little. Food reasonable for a ski town. Variety of menu, food was good.

My mother, boyfriend and I had breakfast at the Big Hoss Grill. We decided to go there after hearing someone that worked in the ski shop say he had eaten there. I must say, the breakfast was very good! I had the egg croissant - Choice of ham, bacon, sausage, or avocado, cheese and one egg cooked to order with... More

The Big Hoss Grill is not the largest place yet the staff is very friendly and makes every effort for you to obtain a seat. Menu, prices, and food very reasonable for a ski town.

Nothing great about this place. I ordered a burger and my husband ordered the brisket both were just OK. My husband had a much better burger the night before at Ricards, the cute French bistro in the lower village. In fact 5 guys serves up a FAR superior burger than what I had here. I'll skip this place next time.

This restaurant is on the second level of Snowmass Village, and it's quite small. However, we had no wait time to be served. The menu is varied, and they will substitute food choices if you ask for reasonable substitutes such as vegetables instead of French fries.
