We ate dinner at the Stew Pot on the last night they were open for the season. The food was good and the service was great, even though I'm sure they wanted to be heading out!

We chose this place that was within walking distance from our hotel because it had a great TripAdvisor rating. It did not disappoint! The two young men that were doing everything - seating, serving (and maybe even cooking?) - were dealing with an unexpected rush but they didn't miss a beat. No sighing or grimaces, just gettin' it done. And... More

DO NOT miss a stop at this eatery of you are in the Snowmass Village. The homemade flavor, fresh ingredients and care taken in the food preparation really shows. The daily specials were very good. I had one of the best bowls of red chilie. The beef stew is close to what my Mother makes. YUM YUM all around!

Simple hearty food, served without any dramas all at a very reasonable price. There is not a great deal more to ask for on a ski holiday. The service is always great - this place has hit on a winning formula that a lot of others could take lessons from.

Between 2 adults and 2 kids we ordered stew, a chicken artichoke panini with salad, hot dog and chips, and chicken veggie barley soup. All were very fresh and well made. However, kids were disappointed to find menu excluded the standard Mac & cheese and chicken strip options. Chicken soup had too many tiny unidentifiable ingredients for our 9 year... More

The Stew Pot has the best, quick tasty/fresh lunch in the original Snowmass village. Soups, salads and sandwiches are their staples. Very good food (good portions) that is reasonably priced. In the Summer, eat out on the front patio for a very relaxing and carefree experience.

We've eaten here several times so it's not a fluke that the food in the Stew Pot is delicious and beautifully prepared. Great food combinations. We had the beef stew, veggi sandwich and the egg salad which were all wonderful and plentiful. We ate outdoors in the flower adorned Snowmass Village. It was an all-around wonderful experience.

For being smack in the middle of Snowmass Village at the outdoor Mall, we were extremely pleased with the affordable prices. As it was a late lunch in summer, they were seating everyone outside under umbrellas at glass tables. We were greeted immediately as soon as we stepped past the gated threshold. My Old Fashioned Beef Stew and the hubby's... More

My wife and I were staying in Snowmass and ate here for lunch. We both had the stew, which was exceptional and then ordered sandwiches to go. My Rueben was one of the best I've ever had, including the deli's in NYC. My wife's ham and cheese was good, but not spectacular. This is a small restaurant with outside dining... More

Had a very good lunch after a little hike. The cream of mushroom soup tasted very good and the day's special of hot pastrami sandwich on pretzel bread was just delicious.
