This place should not exist in this valley. These dogs have been inbred with breeds that are not meant to be out in the cold, and the mistreatment of these animals has gone on for too long. You can here them suffering summers in the heat and winters in the cold. The present owner has been cited for animal cruelly... More

Words cannot truly begin to explain. Breath taking beauty, rare and unique in all aspects. People come for the dogs and are astounded with the authentic gormet food. Would not eat any where else on your trip. Love this place. Dogs in the back country with snow and more brings you back to basics.

Our meal was wonderful. My wife and I split the chef's tartare which was delicious and one of the most beautiful dishes I've been served. We both had the wild mushroom soup; it was thick, creamy, almost meaty. My wife chose the elk and I chose the Colorado lamb as entrees. Both were as tender and flavorful as is possible.... More

One word: Authentic. The Restaurant is lit by gas lamps, the sleds are hand-built and the setting is romantic. This is truly an unforgettable experience. Love the dogs, and you can tell the dogs love to run! The food is world class and I love that there is so much wild game on the menu.

Before the dog sled ride a three course lunch was served. The quality was good but a bit overpriced. The dog sled ride into Bear Claw was absolutely fabulous. Our muscher Brandon did a marvelous job and entertained us during the ride. The views are breathtaking. A must do when you are in Aspen.

We did the dog sledding and lunch. Our musher, Marcus was wonderful. He loves those dogs! We had a blast. I lost my glove on the ride, they picked it up on a later trip and our hostess, Cindy, brought it back to our hotel for me. Now that's service! The atmosphere was great, pretty spot. Food delicious. A bit... More

Our party of eleven skiiers ventured down the mountain from Snowmass Village, and were charmed by the cozy log cabin atmosphere and friendly service. We had come to sample the game on the menu, and no one left disappointed. We sampled elk, boar, arctic char (fish), pheasant, and bison. The wild mushroom soup was touted, and was delicious, but not... More

We made up a large group of skiers to take in Krabloonik after seeing some good reviews. For the most part, it was a good night of fellowship and dining, but, without the fellowship, the eating experience would be lacking. To start with, the atmosphere is a great asset - sort of Vermont hunting lodge comes to Colorado. The unique... More

Our last night in Snowmass we made a trip in 30 inches of snow to Krabloonik. I only wish we would have found it sooner. They have dog sled rides!!! We will definitely go back! We were a party of four and shared lobstercargo and the Brie. Both were fantastic! I had the Wild Boar, My daughter had the lobster,... More

Please see my review on Krabloonik Dog sled attraction; meals are included in the ride. Fabulous food, delicious, and great service. I'd go back!
