excellent food and service

We had a great waitress, the food was delicious, and we had a great seat right near the big cozy fireplace. We will definitely be back!

We went to eat here for our week long stay in Aspen. This was one of the restaurants closest to our villas. The bar staff Chelsea and Hank were rude, nasty and condescending. When we asked about why other customers were receiving full wine glasses and ours were only 1/2 full we were promptly given a nasty reply "That's just... More

We expected more. No atmosphere, noisy, and if you happen to sit in the bar area you better bring a sweater. Service was good, the lamb ragout was very good, the pasta coming along with it were doughy, really bad. Good wine list. We will not go there again.

Went here for valentines day/bday dinner with my best friend and we were pleasantly surprised. The dishes were tasty, delectable and cooked to perfection. So now are u curious what we ordered? Appetizer- crispy ricotta gnocchi with duck confit, shaved parm and frisée...that gnocchi was superb. Crispy but light. Mains- -crispy but not overly heavy buttermilk fried chicken w/braised greens,... More

Great atmosphere. my St Germaine cocktail was great then came grilled artichoke which was sublime. Pappardelle with lamb was delish. The tempura banana split was insane (although we all spat out the bacon covered chocolate bits). But we all had a great time. And the food was much much better than all the others. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were lecturing in the Snowmass Village area, staying at the Stonebridge Condos (also recommended). Normally, we would drive into Aspen for a fine dinner, but with 7:30 AM talks looming, we decided to find a local spot for an early dinner. We had heard the Artisan was "good." We were not prepared for the excellent service... More

We visited The Artisan at Stonebridge Inn for my husbands birthday. The food and service were excellent which was amazing as it was over Presidents day weekend and I would have expected problems with service. I tries the trout which was absolutely fantastic and my husband had the duck. The only downside was that the staff forgot the prearranged birthday... More

We had a wonderful meal! We had our twin 10 year olds with us and they were very accommodating! I would go for a drink at the bar as well. Warm and fun environment.

Great chef offering classic and also creative dishes. They offer two menus : one for the bar and one for the dining room, but you can select whatever you prefer. It's all very good and service is above expectations.

I just returned from a trip to Snowmass. My husband and I visited The Stonebridge Inn/Artisan four nights out of six. We enjoyed cocktails and beer at the bar and we ate twice in the bar/lounge area. The waitstaff is friendly and the atmosphere is super cozy; it was my favorite place for drinks and food. It appears to be... More
