Good ice cream

I bought a scoop of huckleberry ice cream in a waffle cone. It was a generous, delicious serving with large huckleberries in the ice cream. My husband ordered the no sugar added butter pecan and was equally pleased.

Looking for a quick bite to eat- this is your place. Lots to choose from and everyone we ate with was happy. From Burgers to chilli, we were all happy.

Ehh, mostly a disappointment. This is fast food, not worth a visit. Catty corner from where the steam train arrives so a lot of hungry folks stp there, but there are many better eateries within one block. Kids hungry? Probably a good spot to get them fed.

The High Noon has been in Silverton for at least a dozen years, when we first ate there on vacation, and we've been back a few times. The Narrow Gauge unloads its passengers about a block away - and the High Noon still seems unable to manage the crowd. The train passengers are their bread and butter. A huge part... More

The food is a little pricey, but hey, you are in Silverton and prices tend to run a little high for food here. They have much more than just Hamburgers and everything I've tried there I've loved. My hubby is the one who's the real food critic, and he rates the hamburgers as excellent.

The girls behind the counter are very personable and speedy, and serve pretty fast. However. HOWEVER, the burgers are small and skinny (think McD's) but drier than McD's! Fries are the same quality as McD's, but ketchup is cheap and watered down. It was $9 for a double with fries and no drink, and not worth it at all. Terrible.
