We went here for dinner one night and they were very short staffed. Had to wait a long time for menus/waitress. The food arrived fairly quickly and was served hot. Understand restaurant business is tough but it would have been nice if mgmt, would have had a back up plan to bring staff in when some didn't show up for... More

My family and I drove up from Durango on a quiet Monday evening and stopped in for dinner while on vacation. The waitress was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I have traveled across 48 states and have eaten many authentic Mexican meals, but by far this Mexican dinner is the best I have ever had! The quality of... More

The food is comparable to a taco bell in quality. Service was quick but waitress couldn't answer basic questions about menu items. Daughters ground meat tostada came out with pink ground meat! Gross! Its edible but I like quality food. Husbands side salad came out with store bought croutons and what looked like kraft italian dressing. I would expect more... More

Departed train and went in search of lunch. Very busy and walked a ways from the train and wandered into the Teller house restaurant. Not a large place and not a vast menu but ordered the pozole soup and my husband ordered the chicken taco salad and both were very good. Would recommend for a nice meal.

We found this place on our last trip to Silverton. We wanted a salad and went there on a recommendation. It was incredible. We had the walnut salad one night and the cobb salad the next. They were both excellent. And the beer was nice and cold.

On main street a bit up the way from the train depot. This is well worth a stop to get a great meal! We recently had lunch there and the sandwiches we had were way above average!! We also tried some of the deserts they had and they too were really really great. Just note that they are closed on... More

We got some mexican food and it was pretty blah. I had a steak burrito that was bland and the meat was really chewy.

Maybe the owner has more respect for locals, but if you're traveling to Silverton, they will attempt to take advantage at every opportunity. They did not bring us what we ordered (side salad instead of a meal-sized garden salad). Instead of correcting the problem the owner came out to our table (without us asking for him), and proceeded to actually... More

We just dropped in here when the BBQ place was out of BBQ. We had an excellent lunch and service. I had the french dip sandwich. They accidentally put mayo on on my wife's sandwich and when she mentioned it, the waitress immediately took it back and got it replaced. No muss, no fuss. My first chance to try the... More

My boyfriend and I came in for dinner, I got the cheese enchiladas and he got the chimichongas (however you spell it!) We both loved our food! The chips and salsa are amazing and bottomless!!!! Best salsa we've ever had! The blonde woman who served us was very nice and gave us great service! Definitely going back again(:
