My husband & I ate at the Mountain Lyon twice for breakfast and it was great both times. I personally loved the biscuits and gravy. The staff was very friendly also. more

We are yearly visitors to the Dillon/Silverthorne area and have eaten at many of the restaurants there. Recently we were introduced to The Mountain Lyon Cafe by friends who live in the area. Best breakfast I've had so far in Summit County. I would love to see this place lose some of it dusty stuff animals and junk hanging from high shelves. Booths in restaurant make it difficult to have more than 4 adults at one table. more

Rob Lyon has a great restaurant and it is simply the best way to start your day. The breakfast and lunch menu...something for everybody. Only serves breakfast and lunch. Go to the Mint for a great steak at dinner more

This is one place I make sure to stop at when I'm staying in the mountains. The breakfast will always fill you up and the price is right. Not to mention, the food is great. Be sure to stop here! more

We visit Silverthorne every summer and the Mountain Lyon is a must-stop for breakfast or lunch. We love the breakfast burritos, served southwest style, topped with green or black bean chili.
