This place is authentic Mexican. Great sauces, great selection of tequilas, great staff! Truly my favorite go to Mexican in all of Summit County! Awesome food and service!

I have a second home in the area and they are overpriced and the food is mediocre at best. I have been here a few times and always ask why. I had the chicken fajitas and all i can say is plant of vegetables almost not chicken and the sides are given sparingly. The guacamole was about the size of... More

Good food, large selection of different dishes and a pleasant and friendly wait staff. Great margaritas, good in house salsa and chips. This is our local default for Mexican food in the Dillon/Silverthorne area.

First off, food could be called good. My enchiladas were bad but the rating for this changes because the chili relleno were amazing. But it ends there. The waiter told us the wrong prices for tequila (we ordered pretty basic and he told us a high price for our order, so we asked if anything was cheaper... We changed half... More

The food was very good and the atmosphere was nice as well. The chips and salsa were what you would expect in Southern California, I mean "spicy". The only thing we didn't care for was the "gluten free" beans. They were very bland. Otherwise, the food was very good.

My husband and I had dinner here. First, it was way overpriced, unless you like paying $10.95 for 2 tacos! I ordered a chicken tostada ($7.95). It was bland, with lots of shredded lettuce and a slice of rock hard, tasteless tomato thrown on top for color. My husband ordered a chicken burrito, which came smothered in green sauce (... More

Mexican food is pretty much the same all over and Fiesta Jalisco fits that description. Nothing fancy, but decent food at decent prices in a friendly atmosphere.

Call it a solid 3.5 (rounded up by T.A.). My daughter has the quirk that she absolutely does not EVER want to eat "Fast Food". A wonderful trait really, but a bit of a problem when we are traveling with our dog. So during a recent trip to Silverthorne with our dog we ended up getting take out food from... More

Fiesta Jalisco was packed on a Wednesday night when we visited on a family vacation. But even though we had a larger party, they were able to accommodate us quickly. It would be a typical casual Mexican restaurant in a strip mall, but the food is great! I had Beef fajitas and they came out sizzling hot! The tortillas to... More
