My wife's favority Mexican restaurant (though we live in Missouri)

We first visited this restaurant in 2014. My wife (the real lover of Mexican food in our family) loved it then. We had forgotten where it was but found it again after a quick drive through some parking lots. The margarita was a bit watered down but that's my only complaint. My wife's drink (I... read more

Our family absolutely loves Fiesta! We are definitely regulars. Abel and the staff welcome and treat you as family! The food is authentic (we enjoy the fajitas a ton), salsa is great, Margs are amazing and atmosphere is fun! Highly recommend!

Try it, you will like it! Homemade chips and salsa start the meal. Pick your favorite dish, it will be good!

3 men on a mission went here for dinner on Moday after skiing at Copper all day to get some quality Mexican food. This is what we were told by my friend all week. he was mostly right. On the windows as you walk in, neon signs say "real" Mexican food. Not sure what the alternative is but I agree... More

I was not impressed with this restaurant. I had the fish tacos. Three tortillas with one little fish filet. There was a small portion of poco de gallo and a small side of coleslaw but not enough for my three tacos. I ordered aside of avocado, they bright me a large portion (3/4 an avocado, sliced,) but it cost $2.99,... More

Fiesta Jalisco is just off I-70 at the Silverthorne exit. We find it a good stop after driving up from the Front Range. Food and service are both good. They have a great variety on the menu and I've liked everything I've tried over the course of many visits. In terms of drinks, I'm not a huge fan of the... More

3rd trip to Fiesta Jalisco. We got fajita's for two. The food was decent but it was a big pile of onions and not much meat. Disappointed this time. We liked Hacienda Real in Frisco better.

A family run restaurant. Always consistent, and they are happy to see you. A lot of food and very affordable.

We ate there yesterday, and my food was so awful I didn't finish. My wife's Margarita was watered down. Service was ok and the place has a tasteful décor. Based on the quality of the food, and we eat a lot of Mexican, don't recommend and won't go back.
