Cute decor and we had great service. Being from the Southwest, we eat Mexican food often and also have Mexican friends that cook for us. This restaurant had good food, but not great food. We thought the prices were a little high, but it could be the area also.

We've visited Fiesta Jalisco many times over the years and have always found the food to be good and the staff friendly and inviting. The meals are consistent from one time to the next. The seasoning is just right to make everything tasty. I can't say that we've ever been here for dinner but for lunch it is a good... More

Although we stayed in Breckenridge we drove to Fiesta Jalisco in Silverthorne twice during our stay. The food was delicious both times. The rice was the best I've had - fluffy and not too dry. The staff was friendly and service was fast - we were in and out of there with full tummies in no time!

We are vacationing in the area. We have eaten here twice and really enjoyed it. Good variety/selection. Definitely good Mexican food.

If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place. The salsa is delicious and I loved the chicken enchiladas! I would recommend this place.

This place is authentic Mexican. Great sauces, great selection of tequilas, great staff! Truly my favorite go to Mexican in all of Summit County! Awesome food and service!

I have a second home in the area and they are overpriced and the food is mediocre at best. I have been here a few times and always ask why. I had the chicken fajitas and all i can say is plant of vegetables almost not chicken and the sides are given sparingly. The guacamole was about the size of... More

Good food, large selection of different dishes and a pleasant and friendly wait staff. Great margaritas, good in house salsa and chips. This is our local default for Mexican food in the Dillon/Silverthorne area.

First off, food could be called good. My enchiladas were bad but the rating for this changes because the chili relleno were amazing. But it ends there. The waiter told us the wrong prices for tequila (we ordered pretty basic and he told us a high price for our order, so we asked if anything was cheaper... We changed half... More

The food was very good and the atmosphere was nice as well. The chips and salsa were what you would expect in Southern California, I mean "spicy". The only thing we didn't care for was the "gluten free" beans. They were very bland. Otherwise, the food was very good.
