Bud's Bar consistently serves one of the best burgers in Colorado! They don't serve french fries, so don't ask for any. It isn't much on fancy, but the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Once you get to know the locals who always seem to be at the bar or at the round tables, it feels like home, where everybody knows... More

I don't know why we don't go to Sedalia more often! For a great burger and a cold beer you can't beat it. The service is great, although it is a little crowded on a Saturday before Christmas.

It really is a unique place - seems nothing has changed in many years. The burger was fresh and hot, the beer cold, and the bar clientele were friendly and colorful. A must do if you have not been there.

Sometimes simple really is better! Bud's knows what the do best and delivers. Smiling blue-eyed Paul sets a warm and welcoming tone for locals and visitors alike. Just remember to bring cash - no cards accrpted. Great after-hike stop.

We moved away from the local area about 13 years ago ... but stopped for the night nearby while on road trip. The only place to eat that I could think of was Bud's (and there were several top end eateries closer). Absolutely the best cheeseburgers ever. They haven't changed a bit since I first started frequenting the place in... More

Want a hamburger and some chips (no fries). This is the place to go. It's been here forever and is a local hangout. Great burgers and the beer is cold.

I love when places do what they know they do well and keep things simple. Here its' a hamburger, cheeseburger or double of either. No fries. Nothing else fried. Side of chips. Easy peasy and DELICIOUS. Did I mention reasonable too? Because they are. Go here for: a damn good burger Don't go here for: french fries

Buds is an institution in the southern Denver area. Been comming here for 30 years (since before the late Thurman bought it) always the same with only 4options on menu. It is a must for anyone who has never been here! The best burgers anywhere with the same waitresses. It just feels like home. But no fries Damn It .

No guacomole! No fancy smancy Kobe dried up burger here! You get a REAL hamburger or cheeseburger. Greasy, fresh and fantastic. Cold beer, waitresses with attitude, and honkty tonk atmosphere. This place should be in Texas, not wasted in Colorado!

Each year when we go to our summer place in Colorado we take Hwy 67 to Sedalia, Colorado and visit Bud's Bar for a burger. One of my favorite burgers. Just remember that they don't "serve no stinking fries"! Right next door is a great place for ice cream after a great burger.
