Savor every bite!

Bud's Bar is like going back in time to the old time beer joints. The menu consists of a hamburger or cheeseburger, double or single and "no French fries, dammit". That's their slogan! The burgers are served hot, steamy, gooey and are to die for. You savor every bite of a Bud's burger. And if... read more

What a yummy indulgence...The burgers are slightly greasy with gooey American cheese and take you back to your childhood. The menu consists of Burgers and Cheeseburgers-no fries. They come with a bag of chips and sodas are not refillable, but priced accordingly. It is primarily a bar, so beer abounds. I have to get my "Bud's Fix" at least twice... More

Very limited choices. No fries. Only chips. A very minimalist experience I suppose. Burgers were okay, but I've definitely had way better. My friends and I all agree: we can't figure out what all the "Best Burger" hype is about. Bud's might be the best in Sedalia, but there're much better places in nearby Castle Rock. Even Smashburger all around... More

Managed by women and serving the best burgers in the area. It's a beer joint and the service and burgers are very good and inexpensive. Burgers are all that's served here. No french fries. You get chips onions and pickles on the side. You'll find Mercedes, Lincolns along side pick 'em up trucks outside as people from all walks of... More

I've been going to Bud's since the early 70's and never fail to get a cheese burger and chips along with a cold 1 or 2 or ? Only thing that's changed are the prices. Whatever happened to $.50 buds? This place is a classic, and a great stop on a Sunday motorcycle run. You won't be disappointed.

Very small selection of decent, but not amazing burgers. The only commendation is that they bring out pickles and onions and let you add your own.

You can order from 4 items - hamburger, double hamburger, cheeseburger, double cheeseburger and they are amazing! The service is a tad slow but the food is awesome and it's a fun place to go. The only thing I wish is that I could get some fries with my burger but the fresh burger makes up for it.

My husband and I was traveling through Sedalia and needed a bite to eat. I stopped and asked a local if there was a place to eat and they suggested Bud's. So we stopped in to try it out. We were told the it is a "cash" only place and it is. So be sure you have some money! We... More

Bud's Bar consistently serves one of the best burgers in Colorado! They don't serve french fries, so don't ask for any. It isn't much on fancy, but the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Once you get to know the locals who always seem to be at the bar or at the round tables, it feels like home, where everybody knows... More

I don't know why we don't go to Sedalia more often! For a great burger and a cold beer you can't beat it. The service is great, although it is a little crowded on a Saturday before Christmas.
