I've only heard good things about Gabriel's so we were excited. Based on tonight's visit, I would probably never go back. Apps were amazing. Salad and soup were heavenly. Then the meals arrived. My guest's steak was amazing in a delicious pan sauce and a wonderful compound butter. Potatoes were over seasoned and salty. Veggies mediocre at best. My steak... More

If you really want to impress someone, take them here. You are treated like royalty from the minute you walk in the door. All the food items are good and the atmosphere is just right. It's in an old house so there are only a few tables in each room and the sound level is just right for conversation. I... More

We recently had a Sunday evening happy hour in the bar with wine and food off of the bistro menu! It was excellent and a lot more food than we anticipated! We normally go for happy hour or for a full dinner, but arrived a bit later on a Sunday evening and decided to go with the bistro menu. As... More

This old house in Sedalia looks like it can accommodate a good sized crowd or event inside and out in warmer weather. We went with out of state friends for whom it is a regular stop when in Denver. Their specialty is Northern Italian food. The field greens salad was delicious and fresh. A vegetarian, I chose the Eggplant Parmigiana... More

We ate at Gabriel's in September for my wife's birthday. The service and food were excellent. Had the New York steak, cooked to perfection, you could cut it with a fork. Wife had a clam dish that she enjoyed. For the service and food we enjoyed, the price seemed more than fair. Thanks again, Gabriel's.

Gabriel's is up-scale fine dining in a small town in Douglas County. It is amazingly tasty food and gets an A for outstanding everything. I have been a few times for special occasions and have never been disappointed. The only complaint I would have are the noisy trains that shake the restaurant every 20 minutes or so as they pass... We'd heard quite a bit of great reviews from locals, as well as what is posted, so we planned a special family dinner to give it a shot. Perhaps a simple timeline will explain the experience, and please bear in mind our party consisted of four (4) total guests. 6:25pm: we arrived 5 mins prior to our reservation time of... More

We were very pleased with our recent dining experience at Gabriel's in Sedalia, CO. When we made reservations, we advised them that we were coming with guests from Chicago and celebrating one of the guests' birthday. When we arrived at the lovely Victorian restaurant, we were greeted warmly and taken to a special table at a window with a lovely... More

Have eaten here many times but yesterday we had a wedding dinner for 20 people. Food and , waitstaff, were perfect. Jan is so accommodating with any details you may have. I was able to get in early to the Milano room and decorate it as well as the outdoor patio. The food is always delicious and considering you dont... More

You'll find excellent service at this very friendly restaurant. Lots of charm & character. I wish I'd ordered an Italian meal rather than the steak special simply b/c I couldn't stop eating bites of my husband's veal saltimbocca, which was delicious. You choose a salad or soup with your meal. My shrimp weren't very flavorful, but I have a feeling... More
