My favorite pizza in Salida. And their microbrews aren't bad either! The restaurant also has daily specials.

The food is great. Pizza and Italian choices, wide variety. Great salads. Get there early, There was a long wait even on a Monday night (but, worth it),

After driving all morning to Salida, my wife and I were ready for an early afternoon lunch. Amicas had been recommended and this turned out to be just what we hoped for. The large selection of pizzas, paninis, calzones, salads, soups and craft beers all sounded good. We had a table beside the pizza makers who were spinning the dough... More

You can tell a good restaurant the moment you step in the facility. I don't know why, but this is such a cute little place and the craft beers and food were delicious. I believe they brew some of their own beer. The only strange (not bad strange) thing was you ordered as soon as you came in the door,... More

Another great experience, even when they were slammed! The food was very good. We loved the #13 - BIELLA as both a pizza & calzone.

Excellent thin-crust pizza. Nice salads. Good beer selection. Hard to believe it's the #1 restaurant in Salida. Good but not #1 good.

We visited this restaurant over the holiday weekend and really enjoyed the local brews they offered. I heard the pizzas were wonderful, but I opted for a smaller meal that evening. I would definitely recommend sitting at the bar as the wait for a table was ridiculous (however probably due to a holiday weekend).

Had a great Pizza however, I would probably get take out next time. You walk in a need to order your food and drinks then then are seated, like a fast food restaurant. I thought the person taking our order and waitress were kind of rude and having never been there before, I just did not get a good first... More
