The beer was excellent. The pizza was delicious. We had the white bean soup and it might have been the first dish I've ever had that tasted much better than it looked in the picture! You have to try the hot oil with your crust! We were very surprised at how attentive and friendly the service was given that this... More

did not disappoint . Small pizza shop/brewery with unique food and beers. Service was quick and pizza excellent. Choice of 9 or 12" pizzas and calzones. Approximately 10 different beers brewed on site.

This is a good place for families. As soon as your table is ready, you order and pay for your food at the counter and then you are seated. They give the kids pizza dough to mold into shapes and then bake it for them. This gives the kids something to do while waiting on the food. Three of us... More

My family of 5 along with 13 other friends ate at this yummy pizza on Sat 12/27. The owner took our order and was very pleasant. Once your table is ready, you order your pizza and in less than 10 minutes we had yummy pizza. We had great service and great food. No wonder this the the highest rated pizza... More

The pizzas were tasty as were the Caprese salads. Wine selection and draft beers were excellent. I would highly recommend the cannolis for dessert.

Although the restaurant was rated high by some reviewers, I have to admit it still didn't measure up to the north east coast pizzas. The atmosphere was just what I expected, families with kids and lots of noise with bring with a 5-year old was perfect.

Great in-house brews on tap, Italian sodas, and delicious pies & sandwiches all at a great price. Staff was very friendly & struck up conversation with everyone. Clean, friendly, good prices, and delicious!

When we come to Salida to ski Monarch there is never any doubt to where we will eat our first night in town....Amicas. This is the best pizza I have ever eaten and it holds true with each visit! It is also a guarantee that we will eat there again before heading home!

While traveling to the Great Sand Dunes from Denver (see review for Great Sand Dunes National Park), we stopped in Salida for lunch. We'd never been into Salida before, so we drove around looking for something that would catch our pique our interest. Turning a corner, we were suddenly enveloped in a cloud of fantastic fragrance. Immediately, we pulled over... More

Amica's is a can't miss place if you are going to Salida or Monarch Mountain. We absolutely loved their wood fired pizza. Don't miss out on trying the hot oil. We loved it so much that we bought some to take home with us. We didn't try them but their Panini's looked awesome as well. I would imagine you can't... More
