We always come for breakfast here when in Salida. Be careful to time it right or you will have a wait. Great food and service!

This was great place for brunch in Salida and the line to be seated showed it. Luckily it was deceiving and we were seated promptly with great service and hot coffee immediately at the table. The pancakes were delicious and the bacon & eggs cooked perfectly.

Same family owners for nearly 40 years, great breakfast selections with no skimping on portions, the 1/2 orders are usually more than enough unless you are an NFL lineman, the staff is prompt with great attitudes, at least 3 generations working here, we were in Salida for 10 days and ate here 4 or 5 times

We stopped here twice before heading out mountain biking. The staff was great, food more than enough for the price. I had an omelet that filled my plate. Stop by here for breakfast for sure.

Our favorite place to eat in salida! The buckwheat pancakes were delicious and they did have gluten free pancakes for my daughter who has food allergies. So good that in five days of visiting salida, we ate here twice :-)

The service was slow because the place was so busy. The fries and waffles were really good. But a place that calls themselves a pancake place should have good pancakes. Mine weren't. IHOP's and Village Inn's are better.

Great homestyle cooking for breakfast and/or lunch. Even when the place is crowded, the line moves very quickly. Service is super fast and the staff is very friendly. Great food! The Patio Melt is my favorite, the Frankie breakfast burrito is a must-have, and the french fries are the best I have ever had! Company comes to visit, this is... More

My wife had a minor surgery and couldn't eat before. When all was accomplished at the hospital, I asked if she wanted breakfast. Yes! Patio Pancake, liI had green chili with a side of German Sausage and my wife Huevos Rancheros. The service was prompt despite the usual busy ness of this excellent restaurant. Great start to a day of... More

Very friendly fast service. There was a line even though it was Wednesday morning, but the line moved amazingly quickly. Coffee was excellent -- my wife loved it. But food was something of a disappointment. My french toast was definitely mediocre. My wife ordered silver dollar pancakes. What she got was small regular pancakes, while we think of a silver...
