When going to a BBQ or smoke house, I really like getting something simple. A pound of pork, garlic toast, and try all the BBQ sauces. The meat was so disappointing, and this wasn't the first time. The flavor and texture was so lame. Nothing about this dinner was impressive. Service was helpful for what it was. Not much the... More

The staff really knows how to treat you right, they make me feel they care about me as a customer and that's what keeps me coming back over and over. The food is great and the service is excellent what more could you ask for? Shawna and the rest of the staff is great!

I am not a meat eater but my family loves the ribs so we go here a few times a year. I love their vedggie options and the service is excellent! Located right off I70 it is easy to get on and off the highway and the perfect place to stop after grocery shopping at Wal-Mart.

Horrible food, and the staff looks like they have hygiene issues. Not enough meat on their ribs, and their meals are bland. I would NOT recommend this restaurant.

In Rifle for an elk hunt & read the reviews on Rib City & decided to give it a try. Had the St Louis ribs & brisket. The ribs had obviously been par-boiled & then thrown on a grill. They were dry & rubbery. Someone needs to show them how to slow-cook ribs "properly". The brisket was equally dry &... More

Tried this place for dinner while staying in Rifle for one night. Baby back ribs were very good, as was the three cheese waffle fries. Service was great and beer was dirt cheap. My gf had the riblets however which is why I cant give this place a 5/5. I'm not sure if this is just how riblets are, but... More

Went to dinner at this place after checking out the reviews of the available restaurants in the area. As advertised, this place has good food. We both had ribs. They were cooked properly, very tender, the sauce was perfect. Our waitress kept an eye on our table, stopping back many times to check on us. The place was pretty busy... More

Went based on reviews and it was right across from our motel. I had the sliced smoked pork, It was offered served on garlic bread which I didn't think sounded too good, so ask for plain white bread, which was not available. Was able to get it on a plain bun. Sandwich was nice sized meat tender, but you couldn't... More

For the top rated restaurant in Rifle, I (perhaps foolhardily) expected more. BBQ was just decent, though I realize I write this after living in Missouri for the last few years. Service was very good, and server made good recommendations about both drinks and food. Food came fast, as you would expect with BBQ, and it was quite tasty, but... More

A great place for a meal. Food is delicious. Service is very good. BBQ is best we have found in the Southwest. Wish we had a Rib City in our town.
