This is by far our favorite Mexican restaurant on the entire western slope! They have had the same chef for many years and every time we've been there the food is delicious. We typically will get chicken enchiladas and sometimes the combination that comes with an enchilada and a chile relleno, with corn and beans on the side. And the... More

My wife and I stopped by for dinner recently. Plenty of food, but only the corn stood out. Green Chile was stated as New Mexico style, but lacked any spiciness. MILD. The décor is gorgeous. But it made me wish I was in New Mexico getting the food I love.

This is not my first review of the Adobe but TripAdvisor asked for my review of my go-to restaurant in Ridgway and that's the Adobe. Starting with a crispy-cold beer with their house chips and homemade salsa (fresh several times an evening I'm told) and continuing on to their menu of great southwest food, it's always pleasing, hot and good.... The Adobe Inn has excellent and very consistent food. The salads are fresh, the tacos and flats are crisp, the corn is juicy, the chips are very good, and for dessert the flan is also first class. Good margaritas. Highly competent and friendly wait staff. When in Ouray County, eat at the Adobe.

We had a really nice evening and the food and service was wonderful. Douglas and Heather who are also wonderful local folks that have been there a good many years now took great care of us and the "Heather Special" margarita is also very good !! They are very talented musicians and vocalists so make them sing you a little... More

I have been going there for over 20 years. I used to take my children to see the fall colors. It was perfect as we could have dinner and I could have a Margirita. Then we would stay overnight. Too perfect

The Adobe Inn is very authentic and the atmosphere is unique! I always judge a Mexican Food restaurant by their chips/salsa and Adobe didn't dissapoint! Although I like jalapeno pepper in my salsa, this salsa was full of flavor! Order their flour tortilla chips instead of the corn (very good)! The green chile chicken enchaladas were the best I've ever... More

Authentic Mexican American decor with intimate booths and tables for private dining. Observed single diners enjoying their meal in comfort. Complimentary corn and flour chips had a good and unique flavor. Ordered fish tacos, Tacos de Pescado, two tacos in fresh corn tortillas with a corn casserole called tamale en elote. Finished with the flan and ate the entire dessert.... More
