Adobe Inn is a quaint inn/restaurant. The food is very good. We started with a basket of chips, unusual in that it had both corn and flour chips. It was accompanied by a very fresh and mild salsa. My wife had the posole, which she thought was very good. I had the chiles rellenos, which were prepared quite differently in... More

Looking at the reviews here on Trip Advisor, the Adobe sounded like the place to go. We had a great meal, service and ate everything on our plates! Lovely green salad came with the meal. The salsa and chips were great but the dinner was even better. The corn pie that comes with the beans instead of rice was delicious.... More

Off the beaten path-gotta know about this homey place or have it recommended, as it's located a block off the highway at the end of a quiet cul de sac on the uncompaghre river. In summer, the restaurant is often packed to capacity and overflowing! Staffed by casual friendly long time gracious employees who strive to accommodate every person's dietary... More

We ate here the first time a year ago and enjoyed it so much we went back this past July. The food was excellent and it was the best Mexican Restaurant I have ever eaten at. I would recommend it to anyone in the area to make sure they eat a meal there. The chips, salsa and the entrees are... More

First the atmosphere of this restaurant and Inn is very southwestern, pleasantly decorated and comfortable which sets the tone for the food. The food is very good and uniquely flavored and prepared. It is not the typical Mexican fare but very upscale. Starting with chips that were a combination of corn and flour and fresh salsa we knew this place... More

This is not your typical mexican restaurant. The offerings are more upscale and authentic than the usual beef taco or beef enchilada. The food is very good. Chips and salsa are excellent. Service was attentive, friendly and prompt. Recommend if you want out of the ordinary.

We called earlier in the day to make reservations the man told us that it would be no problem ,. We got there to the restaurant at 6:30 on the dot. The hostess tells us that it's going be a 10 minute wait so we go sit down . Two other reservations walk in after us had reservations at the... More

The food here was very authentic and WONDERFUL! The chips were a mix of corn and flour homemade and with the homemade salsa, they went perfectly together. The salads served before the meal were crisp and had the perfect balance of dressing and feta cheese. This was the highlight of my meal! We had the fish tacos which were again,... More

The Adobe Inn has been around for some time, and they've made a good name for themselves in Ridgway and the surrounding. So good that we'll often drive over from Montrose for dinner here. The atmosphere is way cool, with authentic stucco walls, arches, tile floors, and wood accents. It's small and cozy. There is plenty of Spanish/Mexican decor for... More
