Sweet little coffee shop

This is a great place to run in and grab a latte or some other coffee drink. Although the service can be a bit slow, it is friendly warm and welcoming. there's nothing better than hanging out on their patio on a summer morning, Reading the paper and enjoying a good cup of coffee.

We came in looking for maps of the area, and though we didn't find exactly what we were seeking, a book on the historic mining district in the San Juan Triangle, called, "Mines, Miners, and Much More," by Don Paulson, caught my eye. Turned out to be a really good book with good pictures, descriptions, and directions. Typical of the... More

Charming little place in a lovely little town. Staff was nice and personable. Take a look in the small bookstore that is part of the shop. Lovely outdoor seating area where you can sip your cups and look at the mountain surroundings.

#1 Coffee Shop in the Universe! Go ahead and try to prove me wrong... Heather, Ben, Piper, Erin, and (of course) Eric, are the greatest Barista's of all time!! Not sure what my life would be like without an Espresso shot from this place every day? Not sure I want to know?

Great conversations with the owner and staff. Love the coffee and micro-roasted batches. Dry process is the best. Yummy breakfast burritos and they support artists and other local businesses. What more could you ask for really?

Funky, attractive indoor & outdoor space. Great coffee & tea drinks, plus locally made sweets. Lots of high quality, avant guard reading material. Books for kids, too!

Had a regular coffee and a fabulous chocolate/raspberry muffin for breakfast. My friend and I hung out there for about an hour, people watching and perusing the books and greeting cards. If you don't want a full breakfast, this is a good place to go, although they do have a breakfast burrito on the menu if you want something a... More

I didn't like the flavor of my cappuccino although it was very strong. It is still better than the cappuccino in Ouray (Mouse's Chocolate). If we're in the area again, we will still stop by.

This coffee shop was a great place to stop for a coffee whether you are biking through Ridgeway, spending a week at a cabin nearby or just passing through. The service was always quick and friendly, and the coffee was tasty too with an amazing view of the nearby mountains. I highly recommend stopping here and supporting the local business... More
