Annie makes her own baked goods every day. She is a wonderful cook and I look forward to an espresso whenever I'm in the area. Small place full of good vibes.

It's a little building but filled with wonderful coffees, teas, homemade goodies and sandwiches. Annie made sandwiches for our picnic and fishing trip. The turkey was delicious with cheeses and pesto added to the homemade bread. We made several stops to get her baked goods; they were still warm! We loved the coconut scone and the peach pie. All were... More

What caught my eye was that they offer Organic coffee. When entering the cafe my eye caught the bags of USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC coffee behind the espresso machine. I was thrilled that she had a non-dairy option - organic Soy milk. The latte was delicious as was the in-house made, gluten-free banana bread.

After riding our motorcycles from Cortez on our way to telluride in the early morning it was a crisp ride and we needed some warmth, there was no restaurant open for breakfast so we went to the coffee shop. The owner serves up some great coffee and makes all of her own edibles. I had the bananna/blueberry bread and it... More

It'll take multiple visits to sample all the goodies here. The coffee is great, but there's much more! Banana bread, zucchini bread, cinnamon rolls, breakfast burritos, sandwiches...it's all wonderfully fresh. And at 8800 feet elevation, it's definitely "high" quality!

The coffee is good but the real yummy stuff comes in between two pieces of bread...the veggie sandwich is my favorite anywhere around especially if the garden fresh pesto is available. Great spot

I always go to Annie's when I am in Rico. It is the best coffee around and a great place to hang out and visit with Annie and whoever happens in. Love the coffee and love the baked goods. Don't miss this gem when you are driving through Rico, Colorado.

You can drive through or stop and talk to Annie. She makes verrrry good coffee and has super SWEDA insulated cups.....the size of a pop can. She likes dogs and people. Her sandwiches are just right and original. Never been disappointed. We drive through Rico 3-4 times a year and always stop here. We've never been disappointed. You turn off... More

Saw this place while filling up with gas, and stopped for hot chocolate and coffee. Great service and really good hot chocolate. Nice porch dog, too.

Annie's is great! Her coffee and pastries are the best. She also does sandwiches for lunch and breakfast as well as breakfast burritos. It is a great place to have coffee and hang out with the Rico locals. Great place to stop if you are driving to Telluride or down to Dolores. Don't Miss Annie's - it is the best!
